First time using jiffy lube for oil change and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional and very informative.

Two of the three staff members were very professional. One was not until I gave him "The Cold Shoulder". I'm 80, been a costumer for over 15 years.

The wait for completion of repairs was not long. I also experienced courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service

I had been putting off getting my brakes looked at. But I really needed to get it done prior to an upcoming road trip. The technician and mechanic were wonderful. However, I felt like I over paid. Maybe I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but I opted for the convenience of no one ahead of me and their ability to do the work on the spot. The crew was nice but I feel like I paid too much. So, I only got the front end done. I will comparison shop for the rear brakes.

I needed service quickly and they got me in, stayed late until the issue was fixed, and were kind throughout while I waited. Impressive all around.

This team was outstanding! I was visiting Indianapolis for the weekend and they changed my oil and checked all my fluids to ensure my vehicle was ready for the road. I am especially appreciative the effort they put into finding and fixing a problem that was created by my visit to a different location. I drove 450 miles home with no problems.
