Anytime I've been at this location everyone has been helpful and friendly. My questions are always answered, and they only tell me what I need and never try to sell me anything I'm not due for. If I cannot get the add ons at that time I make sure to come back when I can get them. Brandon and Josh always go above and beyond to help. Thank you for all your hard work.

Iive been going to jiffy lube for over 10 years but my experience on dec 19 2025 was one of the best I had! The technician Charles went above and beyond to give me customer service which was great! I will definitely be back for other services

Entire team on Georgetown Road was extremely professional, efficient, orderly, friendly, knowledgeable, educational. I've gone to various locations in the past and was never as impressed with the crew as I was here. Outstanding fine work from an outstanding fine team! Thank you for being so thorough on my car, while I sat in it, which was so convenient to me personally. Thank you for educating me too on my steering wheel computer settings, since this old lady was lost on, until after my visit. I'll be back only to this location here on out. Do keep up the impressive work!

I gave these guys five stars about 4 years ago. And I thought I wrap back around and just update that they are such kind and attentive people. And I'm very grateful they've helped me with my car a few times. I was in a rush and needed air for my tires and they help me figure it out and get on the road within minutes so I wasn't late for my meeting. God bless them all!
