Once they started, service was quick. Professional. Friendly. Suggestions for additional services were reasonable. May have been understaffed as I was there for nearly an hour even though only one vehicle was in a bay when I arrived. Even with a $26 coupon it was just over $100 which is in the upper end of pricing.

I have been coming to jiffy lube for years have always loved their quick service they're politeness their professionalism and taking care of my car this time I thought it was a little pricey but I have a not a problem with paying for good service keep up the good work

Very pleased that I was able to get right in and out. Last time I went to Jiffy Lube on Shadeland they vacuumed my car, cleaned all my windows, and advised me of my cabin air filter, my engine air filter and wiper blade conditions, I do not recall anyone doing that this visit. All the employees very nice. There was a lady in the waiting room with me, a little upset there was no coffee, for anyone waiting.

Came to get an oil change was slightly frustrated over the price, Jessica assistant manager explained throughly the cost, type of oil required for my vehicle, and showed me not only the bottle but per the book they reference showing required oil.
