All was fine except the price 80 bucks with a 50% off coupon is crazy. I can go to take 5 and pay less than 80 bucks with no coupon. Won't come back

Been going to this location for YEARS and I love them. They do excellent work and I know I can trust them. One time they accidentally broke my dipstick and didn't hesitate to order me a new one. Now I live on the south side and still come back to this location.

I had a great experience and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly positive, professional, and polite from the moment I walked in. I came in because one of my tires was low, and I was concerned that I might have a nail in it. They inspected the tire free of charge and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation. What really impressed me was how careful and safety-focused they were. After finding a possible nail or other foreign object, they didn't rush to make a decision. Instead, they consulted with their manager to determine whether the tire could be safely repaired without causing any damage. They even provided me with a referral option in case the tire couldn't be safely plugged, which showed they truly had my best interests in mind. Fortunately, the referral wasn't needed because they were able to safely plug the tire. Throughout the entire process, they were thorough, patient, and made sure my vehicle was safe and in good condition before letting me leave. It's clear that customer safety and satisfaction are top priorities for them. I left as a very happy customer and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and courteous service. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The staff was professional and helpful, from the moment I arrived, and explained in detail what was happening, offering suggestions that were also useful. The service was top-notch from start to finish. The restroom was clean as well. I will recommend Jiffy Lube for its professional service.

New to the area and went here for the first time after getting a coupon in the mail. Over the phone they quoted a certain price for an oil change. After pulling in and getting my car in position for an oil change, they quoted a price that was about $25 higher. After the service was complete, the price went up another $20 for what they said were shop fees. The service was fine and the people are friendly. But it would be best if you quote actual prices to people instead of giving them unpleasant surprises.
