Clean, professionally run, offered all options for service but not pushy. Had the oil and filters I needed when other shops did not. I will go back even though the price was a little higher.

The crew here is always professional and efficient

The ship was very busy and short staffed that day. It was less than an hour from closing. But despite all that, the manager was very transparent about my potential wait time and still treated me like a loyal paying customer. He was very thorough, seemed knowledgeable when we discussed my car and he still got me in and out in 15-20 minutes. Great customer service. This guy deserved a raise that day. I know it’s hard sometimes to juggle running the shop, managing the employees and servicing the customers. He did it quite well.

I needed 2 front tires before leaving to return home to Ohio and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. They provided all the necessary info and even discussed the details with my husband on the phone . Very pleased with everything! Highly recommend !

Staff is Excellent and knowledgeable. I’ve gone to This Keystone Avenue Jiffy Lube Four years now and have never had a bad experience. No matter what car I was driving; I used to have a 2009. Mustang, needed a lot of TLC, and now I drive a 2023 Kia. I’ve had the same great experience and outcome each and every time.
