Quick and efficient! Also friendly

Needed an oil change. Everyone who helped me were so nice and took the time to explain what the process was. I had a coupon and saved $ and the service was fast. In and out in 15 minutes. Will be going back : )

This family-run business takes their job seriously, does it FAST, are all kind and very much respectful of all customers. Thank you for making our out-of-towner issues pleasant!

Impressed with the team! The service manager is extremely knowledgeable, & I appreciate everything that he described - very educational! The woman who serviced my car is obviously an expert. I'll come here from now on to the Keystone location rather than wait the typical 2-2.5 hours at the dealership for a scheduled apptmt.

Staff was great taking care of my car. My tire light came on As soon as I left, and it was not on before I arrived. Kitty let me bring it back in and she checked the tire pressure again. Unfortunately, I had a flat later in the day. not sure what happened, but I’ll find out. They vacuumed my car on request and that was great! Kitty honored a 50% off Labor Day special email that I got even though it wasn’t on the menu on her computer.

A genuinely easy ride. Very refreshing. Can’t remember his name but the guy that helped me was great too.

Jiffy Lube is the best kept secret in Indy. Amazing staff, excellent service.

Highly recommend and shout out to the manager Jimmy. Took my truck in and was having some issues after, he agreed to completely change it out again for free. My truck is old, doesn’t have a dipstick so they can’t measure, we were unsure if that was even the issue but still agreed to do it. Will be returning.

There are several shops closer to my home that are easier to get to, but I still choose this Jiffy Lube every time. The staff is consistently friendly, honest, and efficient. They do great work, make the process easy, and I always leave confident that my vehicle was well taken care of.
