The service on my car was just fine. However, they tried to sell me too much on filters, etc. All I needed was an oil change.

Amazing service. Very fast and reliable. Waiting time was ridiculously QUICK and FAST. It lasted like 20 minutes maximum including oil change and light replacement. Coupon added automatically without the need to find and prove coupon receipt from my email. Amazing service!

What I love about jiffy lube is how fast and friendly they are. In and out in a short amount of time.

Doug and the tech were so friendly and straightforward. They explained everything clearly and greeted me as if we were a team working to solve a shared problem (oil change etc). My husband was on the phone with me as I waited, and my phone connected to the car as they turned it on. My husband could barely breathe from laughing because he heard the tech say "wow, this lady has NO GAS!" The tech and Doug both encouraged me to fill up ASAP and were so silly and cheerful. It was a positive morning. ??
