Quick turnaround. So far so good.

What’s not to like? Lilly was great at getting me checked in, service was incredibly quick. It seemed to be very thorough, checking everything out. I used to go to the Fall Creek and 71st street location, but the woman who ran that is now here at 116th. So I will be coming here.

30 year customer of Jiffy, Lynn is the tech I’m familiar with; professional, proficient and has always provided good customer service. All technicians at this facility were attentive, my truck hood wooden unlatch and we were able to get it unlatched thankfully as my truck oil was low.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the great communications skills of the team. They worked together and used “please” and “thank you” with one another frequently. I can say I’ve never had such a pleasant oil change. We will be back!

Everyone is so great at this location. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve gone to other locations and had very poor customer service. The guys here are always very kind and informative. They never push sales too much, just recommend what needs done.

I found this crew to be very organized, safety conscious and communicative to each other as the performed the work as a team!!! As a retired supervisor in my profession who strongly believed in team effort, this crew was stellar!!! THANK YOU……pay raise for the work!!!!

This location is great! They were friendly and got my oil change done quickly. As a woman, I loved seeing other women there working on the cars. I wish that was my skill set :) Great job overall, I highly recommend this location :)
