They are very professional and knowledgeable people. This is the only place that I will ever go to service my vehicle.

Jiffy Lube at E 96th St (near I69) -- Staff are always super pleasant here & get me in and out quickly. I generally sitck to oil changes & air/cabin filter services, but I've also gotten new headlamps, wipers, and more. They also run some good coupons!

Why was this trip different from past visits you other Jiffy Lube? The vibe was honest, sincere. I felt no pressure to buy something else. They offered services I didnt know existed. They changed a headlight for $28 installed. Other non Jilly Lube places quoted me $200. Manager was on point guiding her younger staff.

Team members are courteous and nice. Took my car, checked in and completed the work quickly. Only 4 stars because of how they left the car after the service. They fender cover they put on the fender actually left marks on the car. I needed to clean up when I got home. Seems like the magnets on these fender covers are dirty, which transfers to the car paint. Very noticeable on white car.

Quick service. Positive staff interactions. They will always offer add-ons, but it is very low pressure. Coupons always available.

Kelly, the Jiffy Lube rep that helped me is gold! Her smile and cheerful demeanor were great, which seems to be something lacking in customer service these days.

Getting an oil change was super quick and easy. I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful people working here.

It was a slow start at first because there was only two employees working but they both worked well together and did an excellent job.

I ran into the employees of this Jiffy Lube at a fast food restaurant. I asked them about their services. They were kind and helpful and encouraged me to bring my car by. They even told me to find an online coupon! I stopped in a few days later. They were fast, warm, and didn’t try to up sell me. No leaking etc. I’ll be back!
