The Jiffy lube in Griffith always gives fast, professional service...... longtime customer

I went in on a Sunday to get my brakes done. The tech “V” ( he has a long name ??) explained everything to me. I asked questions and he answered without me feeling intimidated. He was very soft spoken, polite, and knowledgeable. He made sure my truck was in good shape before leaving. I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and now I feel completely comfortable going to them for other vehicle needs. Now the day I left I heard a rubbing sound. I figured the brakes were new a had to adjust. NOPE!!!! Took my truck back, road with the rep so he could hear what I hear. He didn’t know what was causing the rubbing sound and suggested maybe the brakes were bad. So he took them off and put some more new ones on. I was there almost 3 hours!!! Test drove…. STILL RUBBING!! They had no ideas and I just left. I probably even didn’t need brakes all around. I’m taking it to my mechanic and hopefully they’ll tell me what’s rubbing cause wasn’t nothing rubbing when I got there. I will change my stars to 3!!!! Not 5!!! I’m very disappointed. I don’t have money just to throw away just in case. Jiffy Lube should just stick to Oil Changes!!!!

First time here paid 120$ for oil change i wont complain car needed oil change bad so I couldn't wait to take car to dealership so I just stopped here lol

David and the whole staff are fantastic. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

They are great, they cleaned my windows, checked my AC filter, and oil filter, checked my fluids,all the while that they were changing my oil, GREAT JOB JIFFY LUBE

This was my first time at this location and I was incredibly impressed by how fast the service was, how communicative the employees were to customers and each other. I was blown away with how much respect they showed towards their coworkers and customers. They run the business like a well oiled machine.

As always the jiffy lube was fast, convenient and kept me informed! Dave, Mr. Fix-it, showed me my old spark plugs and gave me a great lesson in the things that make life spark !! Thanks Dave!
