I visited Jiffy Lube in Griffin for the first time today. I guess I can't speak to the quality of the product just yet but I can speak to the service. It started when I pulled into the parking lot. I was greeted by a gentleman who immediately came to my car window and provided me with pricing upon request and told me where to drive up to start my oil change. After being thoughtfully directed on driving into "station" I was again greeted by another gentleman who gave me my options for oil and gave me my official price. He told me all the bells and whistle's that come along with being a JL customer, such as a free oil top up at 3K miles, free wiper fluid, etc. Another young man came around to show me the new filter I was getting in comparison to the old one I had in my car. He then carefully put it under the hood. There was another young man that appeared to be in training and everyone was helping and working as a winning team. They also cleaned my windshield. I was soo impressed with every bit of service I received. I will definitely be getting my oil change from that location moving forward. I'd like to say thank you to all of you!

Just got my fog lights and turning signal replaced by David who was very helpful and accommodating. I have a jiffy lube 5 minutes away from me but I traveled an extra 15 minutes to this location because they always get the job done with zero problems. Always 5 star customer customer service
