The folks at the Goshen Jiffy Lube were very courteous and efficient. I opted for the deluxe service (don't remember what it was called exactly), and it was an unexpected pleasure to have my exterior windows washed!

Everyone was very nice. They explained what they were doing, what was wrong and what they recommended. Took a total of maybe 15 minutes? Very fast and convenient.

This Jiffy Lube location has always been an excellent experience for me. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They also communicate well, are thorough, and do their work quickly. I can't recommend them enough!

I pulled in about 10 minutes before closing time. Left in 5 minutes oil changed,windows washed, new air filter. Excellent service!

They checked all the fluids and were polite and got me in and out quickly without trying to coerce me into buying more than I needed.

First time going to a jiffy tube. I appreciate how efficient the work was and the entire service was no more than an hour. There was barely a wait, especially on a weekend. My car is too low and I don't have any ramps to do my own change. So I was bummed out that I couldn't do it myself because it is cheaper for my vehicle. So when I asked for the cheapest oil they had to offer, I was told they didn't have any, and only the premium grade. But the front desk technician was able to find/lookup the option I requested when i had to give my information at the desk. I was extremely grateful and it really made my day. I appreciate Jiffy Tube and I do look forward to returning when I don't have time/availability to do my own oil change in the future!

Had oil changed only. A couple of days later the check engine light came on. When I brought it in the guys were eager to help and at no cost checked the codes. The cause was related to the evaporation control system. I tried some things to no avail. I hold Jiffy Lube not responsible and am happy with the work done.

They were really helpful in choosing which oil I should use on my vehicle. They were fast and efficient!
