Quick and easy straight forward oil change. Not pushing for add ons just informing!

Although there was very little direction from staff upon pulling up the visit and service was very good. The staff were honest and walked me through anything needing done and were not pushy at all. Would recommend.

Jiffy lube ordered my parts and got me in within the week and then repairs were done to my vehicle within the day! Fast work, kind workers, and great prices! The general manager John helped fit me in the schedule for my repair before I had to make a long drive this weekend. They also stood true to their original estimate they gave me to make sure the price was the same! Really appreciated the service they did and how helpful the workers were.

I took my 2008 Nissan Quest in for an oil change, Gabe the Manager explained my radiator fluid needed filling plus they checked my turn signal and suggested it may be an electrical problem. Great Service from Gabe and his team. Highly recommend.

Not only did they rescue me from a pretty serious oil leak and replace all the oil I had lost, but they also didn’t charge me a dime. They stepped up to make things right after a mistake made by another Jiffy Lube location in Georgia. What impressed me even more was the attitude of the entire team. They handled everything professionally, with genuine kindness and smiles on their faces from start to finish. Gage, I salute you. You’re the man! ?? PS. The cherry on top of the cake was putting air on my tires and they didn’t even tell me. One was low. Boom. Fixed that too!

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube today thanks to Kelly ??. My 17-year-old son and I came in, and she was absolutely exceptional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, including the pricing, so we fully understood our options and felt comfortable with our decisions. Kelly was patient, calm, professional, and incredibly kind. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cares about people’s safety. She shared that making sure customers are driving safely is one of the most important parts of her job, and you can truly see that in the way she goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with such a sincere concern for others. Kelly made what could have been a routine service visit a really positive experience. Professional, courteous, quick, and efficient..Everyone I've ever interacted at this Jiffy Lube has been continuously helpful and customer service oriented.I had a low tire pressure issue..they were unbelievable in how quickly they aired up ALL my tires NO CHARGE and had me on the way. I LOVE THIS JIFFY LUBE!! And EVERYONE IS EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
