I needed an oil change before heading on a trip to Chicago and drove by the Jiffy Lube in Fishers on Allisonville Rd. The shop that normally does my oil changes often takes half a day and a week or more ahead to schedule. So I thought, "why not try Jiffy Lube?" Well I can tell you this is a professional team. With Doug, Nathan, Austin, and Justin completing a first -lass oil and filter change in only 20 minutes. They really were great to deal with, and my next oil change will definitely be with them.

Got my brake pads replaced and it only took less than an hour to get it done. Good service, friendly, and fast mechanics.

Things went well very happy with service

After realizing my oil life was a bit too low, I beelined over in the hopes I could get in and out fairly quickly (right before work!). I immediately got in and they started the service right away. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes - I also had a headlight out and needed some filter replacements.

Best service appointment of my life. Polite, professional, accommodating. From the moment I got into the service bay I knew I was in the right place. Will visit again
