great people, very friendly, quick and easy

After years of either going to other places or doing it myself, I decided to try Jiffy Lube today, and what not only a smart choice but also one that I think will benefit in the long run. From the beginning I was greeted by Michael whose energy and professionalism was top tier, he explained each part of the process during the job in detail and clearly. Between the welcoming atmosphere and hard work between Michael, Daniel, and Joshua I will be a returning customer!

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change today. Incredibly friendly staff. No pressure when offered addnl services. I did notice that on the way home, after the rotation, all 4 tires were at different pressures. One would think that they would air them up to the same pressure all around. Overall good experience and will return

Very professional and helpful.

The techs are very nice and professional, however, I was surprised to see how expensive an oil change is there compared with some other places. The one thing that I didn’t like was how they changed the pressure in the tires on my Jeep without consulting with me first. They reduced the pressure in the tires below what I normally run. That kinda pissed me off. ??
