I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years now and I have not ever had one problem with them, friendly, comfortable, clean And good prices!!!

The folks were absolutely wonderful and TJ was fantastic!!

Came in for an oil change. Super fast and friendly service. Thank you again, Johnny for the window wash. Super sweet guys and lady. Will be back ?? recommend

This is the only place in town I'll go to to get my oil changed. They are always very polite, quick, and knowledgeable. The last time I went in, unfortunately it was a few minutes before closing time, yet they still let me get my oil changed and they did an excellent job as always.

John and his crew are top notch...excellent service and very courteous. Highly recommend. They service all my vehicles and have done so for 10+ years.

Went today to get an oil change an Jon an everyone was friendly an made my experience awsome they are a bunch of hardworking group I will recommend everyone to go to them an thanks to the guy who did the windows awsome job as well.

Fast & friendly

We took two vehicles to get the oil changed on Friday. The entire staff was great!!! They were so nice and friendly. Best customer service around!! I highly recommend them. They did a wonderful job.

John is super friendly. Got me in & out quickly & was VERY professional. They have several different options of oil to chose from for an oil change. Will go here from now on!

They are the best. Jeremy, John, and TJ helped me so much. I went in for what I thought would just be a normal oil change and my truck decided it wasn't going to start up once I was there. I had been having issues with it for a while. They let me leave my truck there while I went to get parts and replaced my starter and battery for free. They went above and beyond. By far the best customer service ever I won't go anywhere else now. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it I really don't know what I would of done without your help.

One of the best place to be at to get an oil change at they are fast and get it done under 10 minutes and the price for it is really cheap. Definitely recommending to come to this place if you need an oil change.

The manager here is always so nice along with the staff. They ask if you might like certain things done but never push. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube in Crawfordsville, Indiana. I travel from Greencastle to go there.

I took a fleet vehicle, not a personal vehicle, but they were friendly and efficient. Seemed fairly priced (albeit not my money spent lol). No complaints and one of the better JL experiences I've had !

Very friendly and helpful

They are always so quick and nice to me when I come and they remembered me even after one visit. They take the time to really check out your vehicle and make sure you’re getting what you want/need. I always go here for my oil change since moving to crawfordsville!

Best place to go for a oil change! Jerami and John are so nice and fast at what they do. They make sure they double check everything And were very helpful with any questions I had or concerns I was worried about. The guys took great care of my car and are the best! A staff member (sadly, didn't get her name) went above & beyond for me 1 evening when I was in a pinch & the business day was running out! So grateful to have access to a business in the community willing to do even more than promised! Highly recommend!
