The crew was friendly and very efficient! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

They were very polite and did a super job.

Came in with oil, left with different oil. Lubed in a jiffy.

Fast, friendly, and very pleasant

Very day service, on a holiday weekend no less.

Oil change was fast and easy. EJ was also friendly and kinda

Pulled in early morning and there was no wait. Friendly crew explained costs and I went to the waiting room, which was clean and had water, coffee and a muted TV. All great because I don't want to have TV forced while I wait. In less than 20 min I was out with no pressure upsells and it was refreshing!

Very friendly and gave me the low down on what has been done.

Had me in quickly for service. Drove in for me. And ordered the cabin filter replacement for me which they got there within 10 minutes. It was a great experience overall.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was wonderful! Everyone was very polite and helpful and got the job done in a very reasonable time. They didn’t just change my oil, they checked my tires, all the fluids, and all my lights to make sure that they were all in working order. I am very thankful for everyone that worked on my car and their expertise.

What can I say, these guys were very quick and communicative. There seemed to be a flow to the work they were doing on my car and the bay next to mine. Very impressive! Best part I was In and out quickly and I didn’t have to get my hands dirty!

This was a first visit for this location (or any JL for at least 10yrs), and it did NOT disappoint. The young woman who worked there was adorable, hilarious, and super sweet. Im PRETTY sure she was the one my friend and I talked to on the phone on two different occasions, and she was very sweet over the phone too. I didnt get to interact much with the guys, but what little we did, they were sweet too. Everyone seemed to work well together, and the little waiting room wasnt awkward because they were so friendly. 15/10, definitely recommend. I just wish I caught her name because she was great!

Lillian was great. She was very personable and took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything very well. CJ did our oil change and he was quick but thorough. And also very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Convenient and quick. Service guys are always pleasant. Only problem was I wanted to get a tire rotation and brake check. Equipment not working properly.

The guys at the Columbus Jiffy Lube on National road were awesome. They took time to walk me through what needed to be done and why. As well, they didn’t brow beat me over things that were unnecessary. I will be going back there for my next oil change. Oh, and even with a vehicle in front of me I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great guys, great service. Also, with prices being so high on everything right now Jiffy Lube has some excellent coupon opportunities to keep the cost reasonable. Good to know there is an affordable and trustworthy business out there and they are definitely one! ??
