Great staff and fantastic service!

Jiffy Lube in Columbus Indiana fixed our air conditioning on a 96 degree day, on a holiday weekend. They were busy but worked us in. We can't recommend this shop enough! 5 stars all day long.

Smooth, quick, and careful to explain when explanation needed. I will return.

They did a great job with my oil change and even reset my oil life sensor without me having to ask. I felt like the balance of offering services and upselling without high pressure sales was good.

Service was timely and professional. I really felt like I was being taken care of.

I love the Jiffy Lube process!! As a long term customer they know exactly what I need and prefer. I also love that they check out & change out lightbulbs and remember to check the cabin filter. Always polite and efficient. TKY!!

I always take my cars to Jiffy Lube. I was in and out in no time. They always cover and illustrate what condition filters and wipers are in but never try to sell me any unless they are worn or dirty. They have always been friendly and remember us as return customers. I received a great discount in the mail about two weeks before I needed my oil changed so that was much appreciated. Very similar to the hometown local garages that I grew up with. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.
