Great staff on telling me what is needed to get it right and done

my wife agnes is not a car person (sometime uses the left blinker when turning right, etc) but she able to come here and get oil change very fair and easily. thank you jiffy

They are efficient and knowledgeable. The manager feels like a dad who is slightly disappointed in you if you don’t upkeep your car correctly, but it is helpful lol they showed me my air filters (which truly were thrashed) when he told me I should replace them too. The lobby is nice to wait in.

They are super friendly and quick! They got me in and out. My front end is even damaged, and they made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend coming here!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Devin. I’ve been driving for over a year with my right rear taillight out because I kept being told it would require a full assembly replacement at the dealer. Devin took the initiative to take a look, quickly identified the issue, and had it fixed within minutes. He even showed me the burnt-out bulb and handled everything seamlessly. What I expected to be a costly, complicated problem turned out to be a simple fix thanks to his knowledge and willingness to help. Devin turned a year-long frustration into a quick and stress-free solution.

Wonderful service!

Always fast and crew is polite and explains everything to you. They do not push their products. In my case, they said I will need a new filter soon. Was dirty but I didn’t have to replace it right away if I did not want to. This is my go to place for oil changes or if I have questions about issues with my car.
