Quick, easy and friendly staff.

I have had my oil changed here for the past year and always am surprised at how polite they are as they try to sell me more and more...but it's their job and I do not begrudge them.

The team at this location is always so friendly!

Service took a while which was annoying but the quality more then made up For it plus they stayed after closing to finish it which was the best thing overall great service and dedicated staff

Great service - entire staff was very friendly - they discussed all estimates with no sales pressure. I did an oil change on my Mercedes and it took about 20 min total. We could stay in the car too. Highly recommend this location to everyone in Carmel.

The staff were very sweet, very polite and very professional! We were in and out in no time. But the car start smelling hot afterwards, and took the car back and found out they put the wrong oil filter in. They fixed it and it has plenty of oil but now we’re having mechanical issues

Carmel Jiffy Lube personnel were very courteous and knowledgeable about my Toyota’s oil and even helped with coupons! I would definitely recommend!!

I could not for the life of me get my tire to air up at the gas station. I also needed a top off of oil. I drove across the street to this location and got both a top off and my tires filled by Gabriela. She was incredibly sweet and helpful!

The staff at the Jiffy Lube on Rangeline Rd. went above and beyond to fix my tire pressure sensor problem on Thanksgiving Eve. They didn't have the part they needed (new sensors) or the gadget they needed to reprogram the sensors but they sent a staff member to two other locations to acquire them while I waited. Most places, I suspect, would have said, "Come back on Friday", but Jiffy Lube staff found the parts, went and got them, and had my car fixed in 2 hours. I highly recommend them!

The workers were very nice and helpful. They even had to run to another store to get an air filter for me. It was a busy time of day so it took longer to get my oil changed, etc

Kenny is a great assistant manager. He greeted me well. He set the right time and price expectations. He treated me fairly. He even closed the door to the managers office to keep the cold wind from blowing into the waiting area without me asking.

I had gotten an oil change yesterday from another place and on my way to work this morning due to not being screwed in properly or what have you, a bolt to the skid plate of my 2024 Honda came out causing me to be scraping it on my way to work (so much fun on the highway) As I was too far from home and the place I had gotten the original oil change from, I contacted Jiffy Lube and asked if they could put in a bolt for me or if it was even anything they could do. They informed that I could bring it in and they would get me taken care of. I got there a few minutes later and they were expecting me and got me into a bay quickly and got me fixed up and on my way in a matter of minutes… at no charge!! The techs were friendly and busy for it to be 8:45am. I can’t say anything about the actual oil change process but I’d definitely would recommend based on staff friendliness and quickness/effectiveness!
