I know that they were about to close, but it was so great that they still accepted me to come and get my oil change. I really appreciate that a lot. These guys were great.

Levi and Andrick were very professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and educated me on concerns with my car. They gave me helpful updates on my cars current and future health. This was above and beyond a regular oil change. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

Great team. Reliably excellent service at all Indy jiffy lubes but the zionsville location was my first time here, just a routine oil change on my way back home. The guys noticed a lug nut that the shop who recently replaced my tires had broken and just hammered on (!). Incredible service - they were so kind and sent me over to another jiffy lube where his family member worked and they ordered the part and were able to fix it immediately that day. Amazing. Always love getting my oil changed at jiffy lube, consistently super fast and simple/easy. Highly punk rock team every time

I had an incredible experience here today! The techs were so sweet, knowledgeable and informative but I didn’t feel uncomfortable or like they were pressuring me into buying or paying for unnecessary things. I’ve had unfortunate experiences at other oil change places and dealerships in the past. I go in for an oil change and then spend 20 minutes telling the techs no to the multiple things they try to upsell and things “you really need” when I simply want an oil change. That wasn’t the case at all at Jiffy Lube. I also pulled up and got right into a bay and was right out in under 20 minutes. That included the initial questions since I had never been to one before. I will definitely be a return customer.
