Had a problem with a leak in the oil filter. They checked it out and found that there was apparently a defect in the filter. They checked it filter was promptly switched out and now everything is working normally. Thank you !! Steve

Fast service and the staff were friendly and honest about what extra services were needed vs. optional.

I don’t remember her name, but the assistant manager was really helpful and kind. I knew the answers to 0 questions and still was able to get what I needed with no unnecessary up-sales.

Quick service, had the filter I needed for a F-450 Powerstroke, diesel, immediately pulled me in & got me going 15 minutes later.

We have never gone anywhere before to have our cars oil changed. (Normally my husband changes it himself.) He insisted he wanted Pennzoil. After checking online, the Pennzoil app recommended: Jiffy Lube. We were able to get an oil change immediately without an appointment & it took less than 20 Min. They were polite, knowledgable, offered a coupon online for $26 savings… we couldn’t be happier. We would definitely recommend them

Fast wonderful service

The tech that worked at signing people in, and taking payment was very efficient and friendly. But to be honest, the list of things that they try to push you to pay for was like a sales pitch memorized and probably the same list for everyone. Being an elderly lady, I couldn't help but think how many other elderly would think all things were necessary. Basically, a little more plain, and easy to understand lists wouldn't scare them into thinking everything listed was necessary, and spend money they can't afford or need.

Just had my oil changed today. The staff was truly kind and explained everything I asked about. Monica was literally everywhere -overseeing everything and interacting with the customers. She also didn't mind any of my questions. They were professional, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this location and this team. Kudos to Monica, Cassandra, Zach and Brandon! Great job today. Thank you!
