After an oil change, we had a small leak. Returned to the store, and the team discovered a cracked gasket seal which they replaced. Sent me on my way fixed--leak gone!

Went in for replacement of a tail light battery. Didn’t even know they did such a service in and out within 15 minutes with an excellent price.

Very patient and detailed. Informed me every step of the way.

Once I finally got in, they worked quickly. BUT, I had made an appt. Online on the Jiffy Lube website so I wouldn’t have to wait as I had several other appts that day. The girl who took my info swore they had never taken appts… that it was always first come first served. I was NOT happy! If I had known this… I would have chosen a different day when I didn’t have other appointments. Why would the Jjffy Lube app say you can make an appt. If it wasn’t the case? Very confusing and aggravating!

Thé staff were efficient and quick. 100% synthetic oil was not in stock. Ckerk explzined that GwM now suggests changing oil every 4000 miles. Last time I changed it was 6000. I asked if oil was low or dirty and she reported it was not. In my mind the oil change was too early: $100 that could have remained with me until year end for the few miles I drive.

I needed a battery that they did not have in stock. They quickly got one ordered, and within a few hours I had my battery! The staff were polite and helpful!

Did you know that this Jiffy Lube has women doing the work and they are plucking awesome. They are Confident, Coordinated, Competent, and Courteous. They work as if they have a true stake in the business. I Love Them and will be a new regular. These women rock and I will be there for it.

Honest and trustworthy group. I had to have some work done that required several hours to repair and they did an excellent job. Communication regarding the repair status could’ve been better, but not worth losing a star due to all the work completed successfully.

I took my stepdaughter there about a month ago and a man and his daughter were working together. They were beyond helpful and went above and beyond for us. Also super sweet to see a man and his daughter doing car stuff together!

They have a talented amount of young go getters working in that shop. While, what most might believe to be an easy job of changing the original regular headlamp bulbs, the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, proves to be a challenge once again due to their design engineering not allowing for ease of access. It didn’t help my overall timing due to a mishap of someone dropping the new headlight bulb into the Jeep and having to fish it out, but overall they persevered until the job was done after 3.5 hours. They were kind of to only charge me an hour worth of labor.

Went for an oil change.

Eldon went above and beyond my expectations. It was time to service my transfer case, however the last company that performed this service mucked up the bolts on the case, making it very difficult to service. Eldon percerveered and got it done. Thank you Eldon!

Very knowledgeable, and takes the time to determine the problem and solution to a car issue. I always use them whenever I have a car issue.

The two ladies that changed my oil were very good, efficient and were fairly efficient. I had just purchased a car and the lady showed me I had new oil and didn't need a oil change. I wanted pure sythetic so I went ahead. I was quite surprised to see women changing oil but oil change companies may be having labor problems and these two ladies knew what they were doing. I definitely go back.
