A very good, helpful, and friendly team.

I can in with no appt and they got to me very quickly. The staff were very kind and spoke to you like you were an equal and treated you with respect. They were very professional. I hope to use them again in 3000 miles :-)

We had a top notch experience at our Brownsburg Jiffy Lube. Both my husband and son received oil changes on their cars, and my husband had his battery and a headlamp replaced (and possibly a few other services; I can’t recall but his car is 16 years old so it’s likely more things were on the list). He was so impressed with the friendliness and thoroughness of the Jiffy Lube team, and we are both very appreciative of the discounts that were offered to make it more affordable. My husband said it is clear that customer service is a priority here, and that is a refreshing change from so many other places!

Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Josh and Tiffany run a wonderful establishment. I will definitely return here over other locations!

Quick experience. Received and oil change (blend) and new air filter. They offered to clean up my headlights, but I didn't have it done. Would be 5 stars, but the price is a bit high.

I had a really good experience at this location. They were extremely helpful and nice. I was in and out within about 20 mins. I got an oil change, headlights replaced and air in my tires.

Brownsburg Location has the best customer service! Josh showed me my car battery function (very low) and suggested a new battery with a discount. Their team was precise and double checked everything. David was a big help also! They are very professional and courteous.
