I had my oil changed just a fews ago and found I was out of oil. Jiffy lube sent their employee to my location to put oil in my truck. Come to find out that I had a leak unrelated to their work. They went above and beyond!

The people in this place are so nice and understanding. They help me out every single time I come in there big thank you to them!!!

Went for an oil change. My car doesn’t get over 5000 miles in a year but I was told to get it every 6 months. These guys were so nice. They said I really didn’t need it. Topped all my fluids and saved me money even though they didn’t have to. Very friendly and personable people here . Been going there for 13 years.

I am so happy with my business with Jiffy Lube today. Josh was so kind and I appreciate his help with my oil change. Unfortunately as I happy with my visit, it was soured completely by the actions of David. (Red hair, thin, medium build) I was pulling out of the garage and I apparently wasn’t straighten my wheel fast enough or to his liking. I felt stupid by the facial expressions that he made. I want to apologize for my ineptness. He may want to up keep his facial expressions to himself. At least until the customer is out of his sight.

Tiffany and Josh are simply amazing. We take all of our vehicles there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The service was good, they just don’t vacuum like they use to.

Was not sure if I needed an oil change and was not ready to get one Jiffy Lube checked and I was a quart low also checked and replaced another item was good to go also appreciated how fast and how courteous the worker were

They were able to get me in as a walk in for an oil change and to check a tire that was low this morning. The gentleman assisting me was very honest and let me know both the oil and tire were fine! No upselling. Very kind.

We have had Jiffy Lube taking care of our cars for over 20 years. They do a great job. Always have the inventory we need when asking for other services. Very pleasent employees.

They are fast, friendly, and fair. I go out of my way to go to the Brownsburg location. I've had subpar experiences at other locations in the area, but the people here are always on top of things.

I've been a couple times and each time they remembered me and my car. Huge shout-out to Josh and the whole crew for being super friendly and hardworking. Certainly recommend for any car issues!

We had a top notch experience at our Brownsburg Jiffy Lube. Both my husband and son received oil changes on their cars, and my husband had his battery and a headlamp replaced (and possibly a few other services; I can’t recall but his car is 16 years old so it’s likely more things were on the list). He was so impressed with the friendliness and thoroughness of the Jiffy Lube team, and we are both very appreciative of the discounts that were offered to make it more affordable. My husband said it is clear that customer service is a priority here, and that is a refreshing change from so many other places!

Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Josh and Tiffany run a wonderful establishment. I will definitely return here over other locations!

Quick experience. Received and oil change (blend) and new air filter. They offered to clean up my headlights, but I didn't have it done. Would be 5 stars, but the price is a bit high.
