This oil change was so professional. Everyone that I talked to had great customer service. They explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure that everything was working properly. I love the way that they answered my questions that I had. It feels good to actually go in a business and not feel like you’re getting on someone’s nerves. All that I can say is that I’ll never go to Walmart again for an oil change. It may be cheaper at Walmart but the saying goes, “ you get what you pay for.” If you want a quality oil change, go to Jiffy Lube on East 3rd.

This was first visit to this Jiffy Lube. I was promptly met and guided into an open bay. The crew immediately checked the headlights, turn signals and brake lights for proper operation. Then the service writer politely explained my options concerning engine oils available. I made my choice and then was offered the option to remain in my truck or in their waiting room. I waited in my vehicle. They showed me the condition of the air filter, asked about the condition of my wiper blades and told me my coolant was down a little, so I let them top it off for a small additional charge. Before I left they showed me the dipstick, so I could confirm it had been refilled with the proper amount fresh oil. The crew seemed seasoned, they were efficient, friendly and inquired about some upsells (wipers, filters, etc.), but were never pushy. They were professional and I can feel comfortable recommending them to others. Expectations met. Thank you.

Extremely quick and professional service. I didn't even have to get out of my car. The entire process took about 10 mins. They also didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need like a lot of the other places do. I'll go to them in the future, definitely.

Back in 2020, I had an oil change done at a quick service station in Greenwood, IN (not the same company), which resulted in so much damage done to my oil pan that my vehicle was no drivable until I had a new oil pan installed. Since then, I have been reluctant to use any quick-change oil change shops. However, I purchased a used 2016 Kia Sedona from a local Bloomington dealership a few months ago and had some concerns about the oil possibly running low. That, in addition to being in a time crunch with needing to leave for Florida, I decided to give this Jiffy Lube location a try since it is close to where I work. The first thing I noticed was there was no wait and the employees greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. As soon as I was given my choices for the various tiers of oil changes offered, the employees immediately jumped into action, checking all of the fluids, draining the oil, etc. They worked together seamlessly and efficiently. The gentleman that spoke with me was polite and courteous. They inspected my vehicle for any signs of oil leaks and found none, but the main gentleman that I had been speaking with did explain that both Kia and Hyundai vehicles have a tendency to overconsume oil. He gave me suggestions on how to maximize the life of my motor, along with informing me that they offer top off services for up to 3,000 miles. When I returned from Florida, I stopped in a second time and had them check the van for leaks. Still, they found none, but did find that I was about 1/2 quart low on oil, so they topped it off for me free of charge. I have been incredibly happy with the service I have received at this location and have every intention of returning.

Fast and friendly!

I didn’t think an oil change would be so fast but they really mean 15 minutes. I stayed in the car and they were very informative of what they were doing. Walmart oil changes have nothing on them!

I hadn’t been to Jiffy Lube in years but I found a coupon on Facebook so I went yesterday. They were so nice and polite and it was so much faster than it used to be. I will definitely go back.

Convenient and friendly service

Always quality service, clean lounge and all staff friendly and seem to take pride in their work. Exactly why I keep going back to them even though it a bit of a small drive for me personally.
