With 15 minutes before closing yesterday they changed my oil with no complaints. The two men who did the job were very nice and respectful. Overall great experience. Thank you.

I recently received a company vehicle equipped with a fleet account at Jiffy Lube. Consequently, I’ve been utilizing this particular Jiffy Lube for the past few weeks to maintain the truck’s condition. Their professionalism and high-quality work have been consistently impressive. I highly recommend their services.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW INFORMATIVE THEY ALL WERE to be young ladies.THE LITTLE MANAGER, CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME, needs to be on INDY CAR race pit crew or NASCAR.SHE'S Top of Line!! I dated Michael Andrett's crew chief so I know she would be perfect. You should hook her up with the JIFFY LUBE pit crew!!! Prices ok with coupon, I will go there again, BEDFORD, INDIANA

Jiffy Lube was awesome!!!!! Yesterday I had a grinding noise in my brakes just before i had to take a trip to Columbus Ohio the next day!!!!! They were so gracious, they took my car in inspected my brakes found they were wearing unevenly!!!!! The manager was awesome explained to me the whole process and were done within a couple hours!!!!!! Now I got all new brakes thank you guys, you were phenomenal!!!!!

Took my dad’s truck here to get the brakes checked because they were squeaking just a bit and he’s going on a big road trip. The folks here were super quick checking me in and doing their little check-up (lights and all that), and then told me the brakes still had a lot of life left and they didn’t need replacing! They could’ve told me they needed it and I would’ve dropped almost $1,000 on an unnecessary service (but it still would’ve been a fair/good price for brakes on a giant truck), but these guys were honest with me. It feels great to have a service provider I can trust to do good work AND be honest and upfront with me. 10/10 would recommend, and will be back as soon as I (actually) need a service!!!

Tyler came right out to meet us outside. Had us in within minutes and made us feel like valued customers. Price was reasonable as well. He hooked us up with the coupon process.

Regularly go here for oil changes and tire rotations. They do an excellent job for the cost and services and catch things folks might look over easily like filters (never neglect your cabin filters, they're dirtier than you think!) and fluid quality.

The whole team went above and beyond with helping on things that needed fixed on my car. They all did an amazing job!! Nathan was really helpful and noticed something and asked if my ac worked, I told him it turns on and off on its own. He went ahead and checked it out for me and found the issue and I will be returning next weekend to get that fixed. But overall the whole team was amazing and professional!!

Jiffy Lube was courteous. Efficient though could have presented themselves more professionally. And they were slow, at least with me. The other lady who arrived after me was finished before me and we had the same service. Difference in who I got to change my oil. I was specific in what I needed done. They always come back with an upsale sheet.

All my questions and concerns were addressed.
