I always go to this location for oil changes. The crew remembers me and my silly car alarm. I like going here because it's often the same employees, who are efficient, personable, and kind.

Literally the best experience I could have had. Everyone was so kind, so personable, so professional, very authentic. It was refreshing to be in their presence. Both females employees even took their kindness a step further and interacted with my 2 year old son who was just not a happy camper while I was getting my oil changed. They talked to him, made him laugh and giggle. It just brought me so much joy to see and experience as a customer. Shawna, Blaike, Jake, and everyone else there today deserves all the recognition. This is one of two Jiffy Lubes I go to. The 10th street one in Indianapolis is my usual but when I need more complex repairs they send me here. This Jiffy Lube is fantastic. They’re always straight up, offer cheaper options if possible, and are both personable and knowledgeable. I’m a single mom with one vehicle and maintaining it to be the best it can be is very important to me. I’m so grateful to have a trusted place to bring my car.

These folks are good! Efficient and thorough. I like that they send out coupons which greatly reduce the cost of service. I used to go to a location in Greenfield where I get my hair done. But my service light came on the day after I had been there so I went to this location.it was such a positive experience this is now where I go.

Fast and professional

The greeting I received was outstanding and like no other customer service that I can remember getting. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I was given my wait time and an estimated time of those ahead of me. I was offered water and the staff and manager were extraordinarily friendly. In the future I will drive by 10 locations just to get back to this one. What a great experience…customer service at its best!! The guy even opened the car door for me when I left!! ??????
