Listen. If you ever find yourself stranded in Angola, Indiana on Labor Day weekend with four chicks from Chicago, one questionable vehicle, and NOTHING else open… apparently you pray to the automotive gods and they send you Richard, Brock, and the crew at Jiffy Lube. ?? I was about 3 minutes away from a full-blown panic attack trying to figure out how the hell we were getting back to Chicago, and these guys saved us! Richard, Brock, and the other two gentlemen working that day went so far above and beyond for us that a regular 5-star review honestly doesn't feel like enough. We were far from home, stressed beyond belief, everything else was closed, and these guys genuinely cared about making sure four random Chicago women got back on the road safely. And we did. No brushing us off. No, sorry we don't have the parts. They went on a hunt to get something that would work for us and I couldn't believe it. There really ARE good people in this world. Richard, Brock, and the other two gentlemen whose names I unfortunately didn't catch, you were an absolute godsend. We will never forget what you did for us. The Chicago girls made it home! I hope your management sees this because truly, we would have been in a much worse place and stranded. Forever grateful to you guys. ??

Great service and very knowledgeable team!

We had traveled 2.5 hours to drop our son off at college. What started as a small rattle had become scary. It was 2pm on a Saturday and few things were open. We pulled into Jiffy Lube and they looked and saw it was the water pump. They could have turned us away and told us it would be Monday, but they seemed to take it as a fun challenge to get us in and fixed and able to return home Sunday as planned.

Brock and the rest of the team were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Best place in town for a quick oil change done by folks you can trust.

Absolutely amazing staff had an emergency flat on a very long road trip they put my spare on gave me directions to a few tire shops and when I came back with 2 new tires they had me in and out maybe 15 minutes, all together maybe 30 minute experience but best experience I've ever had on a road trip
