Great service! Quick and very friendly!

I was having trouble with my car and drove it up to the Jiffy Lube at Scatterfield and 10th St. What a wonderful bunch of young men that you have working there!! A young man named Emmanuel came out because he saw some smoke coming from my car when I pulled up. He thought maybe it was coming from my engine, but when he got on the other side of my car, he realized it was smoke coming off of my tire because the caliper had locked up!! I got a ride home because they said it was not safe for me to drive it. I went ahead and arranged for them to work on it and fix what was wrong. And I picked it up the very next day I must say I’m very very pleased!! I spoke at length to Greg and also to Tyler and they assured me my car was safe to drive now they had fixed what the problem was. So I have a new place that I trust to work on my car now!! What a wonderful feeling to know that their work is guaranteed, and all of the young men in there are very, very knowledgeable and without hesitation I will definitely be going back!!

I have been going to the Anderson Location by walmart for years and will not go anywhere where else. All the Staff are grade 100% always professional, speedy, and job is always done right!!

They got me in and out pretty quick! They went over the check list and changed out my cabin air filter. The price was ok I didn’t get to get the oil that I normally get they didn’t have a semi synthetic oil to replace the one that they don’t have anymore so I had to get a full synthetic oil which cost me a little more money not to much more but more never the less! Over all not a bad place to get your oil changed!

Very fast and great price. Was even able to use my coupon to save some money. Definitely my new place to get my oil change.

Techs on top and bottom side were courteous and knowledgeable made what would have otherwise been a drag, a descent experience

I recently went to Jiify Lube across from Walmart in Anderson. Wow! Great service! From beginning to end they never made me question how long things would take, what was going on, or demonstrating why I needed a service. They explained any delays or what stage of the service they were doing and were so nice! Thank you for the great service experience!

I always have a good experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. I came for an oil change and they pointed out I had a brake light out and they fixed it right on the spot. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Jiffy lube. These guys were fast and professional. They showed me my filthy engine air filter and I had them replace it for a very reasonable amount. The Honda dealer should have replaced it at last oil change but didn’t bother checking it. My services were registered with car fax through jiffy lube. These guys were very thorough but no pressure at all to buy extra service. I will be back with my other two vehicles. Five star service!!!

I came to this Jiffy Lube location in Anderson, Indiana and was very impressed with how fast they did my oil change, as well as how nice & informative the staff was! It's safe to say that I'll be coming here from now on rather than spending hours at the dealership!
