I had an emergency situation where my car had to be towed due to a very dead battery, and needed a nearest service shop to attend this urgent need. This Jiffy Lube location/branch was gracious enough to accommodate me despite their shop's near closing time. I am grateful for their crew, Rangel and Brian, for their genuine service and customer care when I needed it urgently. Thank you so much! And more power and blessings to this location/branch! Brian followed me through the process of the whole jiffy experience. He answered all my questions very thoroughly without making me feel dumb for not knowing. Crew chief Michael has a fantastic approach to dealing with customers. He was very helpful to his team and gave them all the credit for the work performed and didn't bother giving himself credit. At first I had negative opinions about jiffy lube but he help me out so much and was informative. Note this was my wife's vehicle. I will inform all my friends and family of this location.
