If you ever need an oil change from Jiffy Lube fantastic job done very well you were in your out-the-topped off your fluids to check over the car and it was done no questions asked no middleman no problem keep up the great work man I'll be back again

Good service however another customer came in after me and left earlier than me. Not sure what that was about, but I don’t like this.

My Honda Odessey was showing engine light flashing, I came to Vernon Hills Jiffy line store. Both Steven and Christian replaced all 6 spark plugs within half hour and the car is running fine. They are really good guys, I will recommend everyone to come here. Very friendly guys and reasonable charge. Awesome

Quick and efficient, with quality results. I went in for an oil and cabin filter change and it took about fifteen minutes from the time I pulled up till the time they finished. The workers also really went out of their way to help me look for a lost iPhone that went missing in my car (but was later found). A really honest, hardworking group.

Highly recommend Jiffy Lube, 840 S Milwaukee Avenue Vernon Hills, IL 60061. I can count on the work being done correctly. (I have had issues at other oil change locations.) The employees are friendly too.

I had my oil changed and all the guys I came across were smiling and polite. They made recommendations about rotating my tires, cabin filters and new wiper blades. No hard sell or pressure. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue my business with them.

Good service but wish prices were lot lower

A+ service, the advisor was quick, efficient and not pushy. I decided to change out a filter due to his calm and non aggressive suggestion… the car actually needed it. It did have 30k miles on it already (the filter)

The guys who work here are great! They made a simple mistake (just miscommunication) but they fixed it fast and were extremely curteous, that really means a lot these days!

Efficient and fast oil change. They told me what services were recommended by Jiffy Lube, and by Honda, but didn't push them and were transparent about which ones made sense and which didn't.

Jiffy Lube was courteous, professional and fast. I will go back to this location.

I stopped by to have them see why my oil was so low. I recently had the pan replaced, and had the work done and oil changed 3000 miles ago. They explained to me that there was a leak going on that could be covered under my warranty, and they they suggested I have them top it off and take it back to who did the work. I tried to pay him for the oil and he wouldn't take it. Without a doubt, after I get this fixed, I will be getting it changed here moving forward. You just won yourselves a client. With everything going on right now, that small gesture made a huge difference. Thank you so much!
