When they first opened I just had an oil change from my dealership but my low tire pressure came on so I stopped in asking if they could fill my tires. I offered to pay and the owner said no need and promised I would come back for my next oil change. I did today and they were fast, went through what they checked and didn’t try to upsell me on anything but my cabin air filter. I had the best experience I have had in years for an oil change and would highly recommend using them. Everyone in the area - support your local business even if it is a chain!!

Wonderful customer service skills. I also didn’t feel like they were pushing me to get unnecessary repairs/ maintenance. When I asked them to be, they were very transparent with the pricing of everything before I confirmed that I wanted it. A very nice surprise from a Jiffy Lube ??

Great service - friendly staff and quick turnaround time

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was excellent without being pushy. They even showed me where I had a nail in my tire but explained that unfortunately they weren't able do that type of repair. I appreciate the transparency and top notch fast service!

Very clean, friendly staff and quick service

Back in January I had a tire puncture with one of my tires and of course it had to be one of the coldest days. I managed to make it home to Sugar Grove without going flat and so grateful to the Jiffy Lube team, Sam and David, were AWESOME! They repaired my tire and in the process of repairing because they are a new shop in the area, they had to run to a local auto parts store to grab some parts for the full repair so very fortunate that was near. Wow, they did all that to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I couldn't be more thankful for their help. The fix was done so well, I'm still driving on it but will be replacing all 4 tires soon because it's time. Thank you Jiffy Lube Team, I will be a repeat customer! Welcome to Sugar Grove!
