My first time going to the Sugar Grove shop and it was wonderful. I was pulled in to the bay right away and was able to sit in my car while the work was being done. The male tech and female tech worked together the job. I was given a coupon to discount some of the price which was really appreciated. It was fast, accurate and overall a great experience.the staff is really friendly and know how to make you feel welcome without trying to sell anything. I will be going back again.

July 2026: Shop is new and probably the nicest quick-service shop I’ve ever been to. Refreshing to see some female automotive techs on staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. *They hit a home run hiring Angela as the manager. Top-tier employee. (Take good care of her.) Excellent service all around. If you want to save a little, prior to your visit, buy your engine and cabin air filters at nearby Auto Zone and avoid the markup.

I’m a Jiffy Lube girl. I’ve always taken my cars there for oil changes and other things so when I saw that one opened close to us I took our new car there for the first time. Everyone was really nice, the service was quick and easy and the facility was really clean.

The management (Angela) was excellent—professional, organized, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer has a great experience. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish, and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Great service and GREAT PEOPLE!!! They kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle and had a great knowledge of what it needed. I had quite a few things done and it was fast and a great price. Great experience all around!!!

Everyone was very nice and explained everything. They gave recommendations on what I might need for my car in the future. Felt genuine and not pushy like other places I've been too.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed and helping me out with my tire pressure sensor. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! The building was clean. Today was my first time coming to this location and I will definitely be coming back.

Great experience here! I had my oil light flash on a Friday evening and came straight here. Darian and his team were so friendly and helpful. They stayed a little after closing to make sure I wasn’t driving an unsafe car. Completed an oil change and air filter change. Will definitely be coming back!
