Anwar and Angela did an amazing job with my service today. Extremely helpful and friendly, didn't try to push anything I didn't want, even helped fix my front license plate attachment. I will definitely go back again and share with friends and family. So happy they opened here in Sugar Grove!! Anwar and Angela need a raise!!

Outstanding customer service! The technician attending me was so helpful. You can tell she really cared about the customers and their vehicles :) What was a simple routine oil change ended up reminding me that there are still good people out there. I will definitely be going back to this location.

Got my oil changed the other day. Fast and easy service, only took about 30ish minutes. Technicians were kind and thoughtful.

The staff are amazing! They are fast and efficient and thoughtful about ensuring my vehicle is road worthy. Darien and Angela have been top notch during my experiences. This location is closer to my home and I intend to come back for all future needs.

Overall service was excellent. Had to do the oil change myself but hey at least I know it was done correctly. (Im an employee)

This is by far THE BEST Jiffy Lube I have been to in the whole Chicagoland area for a very long time! I used manage a few different locations back in the early 2010s and I say this one stands far above the rest! I just wanted to say thank to the team here for the great customer service and the friendly smiles ?? !! Keep up the great work!!

Today's I came in to get a oil change. I was in and out very quickly which was good because I was in a hurry. They took good care of me. They let me know what I needed with out the pressure of I need to get it now. They said I needed tires like now. They told me they sale tires also but no pressure in buying from them. They were really concerned about it. They said if I didn't want to get it from them get it from someone else because they were really bad and didn't want something bad to happen to me. That was nice from them. Its a new location and the building was nice in the inside and the employee were even nicer. It was a 5 star experience. Thank you Angela for your help.
