The service was great and timely. Very friendly and willing to talk over any questions asked. Not overly pushy. I spent more than I thought driving in but knew it was money well spent.

Came in today because there was a scrapping noise when I turned right. Eric assisted me, showed me where the waiting area was and offered me water. The issue was minor but Eric was took care of it and explained to me what the issue was. Great customer service and car care.

Erick is a great technician and always provides excellent service. He’s friendly, professional, and makes every visit a great experience. The entire team at this location is outstanding—everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and works hard to provide top-notch customer service. I actually drive all the way from Elgin because of the great service I receive here, and especially because of Erick and his team. Highly recommend!

People are friendly

I went in for an AC evacuation and recharge, but unfortunately I needed a new compressor and they don't do that. They were very nice and it was about 4 hours between drop off and their call back to let me know. They didn't charge m for the diagnostics, either. I will be back there for my oil change and other maintenence needs!
