The team here is always courteous and professional! Jakob greeted me with a warm hospitable welcome by relating to the music he heard me listening to (again). He kept me informed through the process, as others on the team have done in the past. I expected the visit to be longer than what it was (due to the process of approval for my particular vehicle), but they were able to get me in and out in record time! 5 star service repeatedly and this is why I continue to return here (and use Jiffy Lube for most of my vehicle service needs)! Thank you team!

Excellent care and friendly

This is the 3rd time I used this Jiffy Lube. I dealt with Krystain the manager at Jiffy Lube. He was very professional and thorough and was able to give me a price before he started work on the vehicle. The crew performed a very thorough assessment going over multiple mechanical and fluid systems on the vehicle. A pre-job brief was held prior to starting work on the vehicle. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. The crew checked all fluids washed the windows topped off the fluids, rotated tires and changed the oil. This was done in a very timely manner and it appeared that both the individual up above and the one in the pit were very competent at their task. Very good communication between both mechanics. Lastly they reset the change oil light. I would highly recommend.
