Very professional, welcoming and done in a timely manner.

Jesse, provided excellent service today, he explained everything need to help my vehicle preform at it's best. He walk me through the Cax Fax for my vehicle showing me all entries the dealership inputed over the years I have owned my SUV. I would recommend Jiffylube to anyone looking for a quality care for their vehicle!

I had a very good experience at the Jiffy Lube on McFarland today. Everyone was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They actually came out from the bay and showed me my cabin air filter that needed to be replaced, and they explained about the different options of oil with the corresponding prices so I could decide what level of oil I wanted them to put in. Moreover, I really appreciated that they gave me the total price of everything I needed before they did any work. I felt everything was honest and above board. It's also one of the few places like this that I actually felt respected and valued as a senior. I will definitely be back next time I need an oil change, and I highly recommend it to others too!

The manager was very courteous and was also very helpful with getting me in and out in a short amount of time. Will definitely go back the next time I have an oil change.

Full synthetic oil change today. The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The technician pointed out a few other maintenance items I need to keep an eye on. I will address those items next visit. The facility was first class, very clean and comfortable. I recently moved to Rockford. This Jiffy Lube will be my go to shop for oil changes and other services they perform. Thank you for a great experience.

My first time back at Jiffy since the 90s and they didn't disappoint. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The facility was very clean and comfortable and the coffee smelled wonderful! A great overall experience.

Professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and answer all of my questions. The service was excellent, and I felt confident in the recommendations provided. I truly appreciated the honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help. I would definitely return in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.
