I needed front rotors and break replacement on my SUV. I have a regular mechanic who works on my car but they do not work on Saturdays. I called Jiffy Lube to ask about breaks and appointments and they said I did not need an appointment for breaks. I felt a little weird about not having an appointment so I went over right when they opened. They inspected and replaced my front breaks and rotors for me in about 90 minutes. They were super polite and did not try to sell me on any other unnecessary services while I was there. I also had a coupon from my original call about an appointment that I would have forgotten about if the mechanic hadn’t explicitly asked me if I had a coupon I wanted to use, which was nice. I really appreciate the weekend hours. Thank you!

Replace headlight

We originally went to the Jiffy Lube in Machesney Park yesterday to have the front brakes serviced on my Suburban. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues with the service, which resulted in me needing to bring my vehicle to the Rockford location today to get everything properly taken care of. The Rockford team was able to take care of the issue that arose from yesterday’s service, as well as address a new issue today that required replacing the rear brakes. They were able to get everything taken care of in around two hours, which was a much more manageable timeframe and very much appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about the way the Rockford location handled the situation. Jonathan, the manager, was extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. He took the time to look everything over, address the issues, and make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Derek, the district manager for the region, was also exceptional. He took my concerns seriously, communicated with me directly, and worked with Jonathan to make things right after the experience we had the day before. What started as a very frustrating situation ended on a much better note because of Jonathan and Derek. I truly appreciate the way they handled everything and the level of customer service they provided. I would highly recommend the Rockford Jiffy Lube location and will definitely choose this location for future service. Thank you, Jonathan and Derek, for going above and beyond!

I went on a Sunday and used their $30 off coupon. My car takes synthetic oil only. The oil change itself was great but I don't suggest getting your air and cabin filters changed there. I was overcharged by almost $25 for them both. The coupon helped.

I was able to get my pick-up truck's oil changed with related services in about 30 minutes. My only concern was that they kept upselling me at every opportunity which became annoying. I ended up paying over $120 rather than the $50-$60 I expected to pay for an oil and oil filter change.
