I was in the middle of a road trip when the "Check Engine" light came on. I stopped at a dealership in the next town (Rockford, IL), and they were only able to tell me I needed an oil change ASAP...but they couldn't do it. They recommended the Jiffy Lube down the road - Good work, fast service. They were right! They did their own diagnostic evaluation and found a few things for the dealer to work on, but I was back on the road within an hour of the alert, with fresh oil and new filters. And though they advised me that the Check Engine light would have to be reset by the dealer, it went off on its own thanks to the new oil. Jesse and his team did a great job, and I'm grateful they were there to help.

I have used Jiffy Lube on McFarland in Rockford for years. All of my scheduled maintenance on my Toyota Corolla is done here - from oil changes- brakes- tune ups - fuel flush- wiper blades and batteries- Joe F and Jesse G. have always exceeded my customer service expectations- their knowledge and expertise are beyond exceptional! I trust no one else w my Toyota and prices are affordable in an economy now where costs are skyrocketing- Jiffy Lube is where I highly recommend for affordability- expertise knowledge and amazing service!!

Always have a great experience there. Everyone there is very transparent when it comes to problems on the vehicle. This last experience I worked with Rob and Jesse who informed me of all the improper work done by another company which was appreciated.

Jesse and JT were super helpful! My engine oil light came on Monday morning and drove straight to the Jiffy Lube. They had my car being serviced within 10 minutes and helped assess any issues with oil, sensors, and possible leak. Very much appreciated their prompt service!

Today was my first time here and Robert was so kind to me and explained everything in a way that was sincerely helpful (instead of condescending or patronizing like some auto places) along with direct pricing that clearly was not trying to scam the customer. He also was not pushy at all and made it so that I could do what I could afford today, plus make a plan for getting the rest done over the next few months. In other words- GIRLIES YOU'RE SAFE HERE ?? And this is all just a bonus to the speed, cleanliness, and atmosphere they all seem to maintain here.
