Great service

We were traveling from Indiana to Iowa to visit our newborn grandson. We had an oil change the day before leaving home. When we discovered we had leaked oil, we pulled into Jiffy Lube. The guys diagnosed the problem, tightened up our filter which hadn’t been tightened enough at our hometown service and sent us in our way with a smile. And with no charge. They were a blessing to our day. Thank you Allen and Brian!!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube in Ottawa. Friendly crew, quick service, and no pressure to buy a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They explained everything, got me in and out, and made the whole process easy. Good people, good service. I’ll be back.
