Great experience getting my annual Lyft inspection done at Jiffy Lube. The whole thing took about 15 minutes, and the guy who helped me was friendly, cool, and actually enjoyable to talk to. He even gave me a heads-up that I’ll probably need brakes by my next inspection. Definitely appreciated the honest advice and good attitude. I’ll be coming back!

I experienced friendly, quick service. The technicians showed me both cabin and air filters, explaining that both were probably good until the next service.

Got an oil change at a competitor a week ago but was getting low oil and overheating messages. Stopped in because they were open on a Sunday and they were absolutely great. Turns out I was low on coolant! Highly recommend their fast, friendly, and professional service! Made a second visit on the same day with our second vehicle having some brake trouble, caused, we discovered, by a recent brake service by a different service center who failed to complete the job properly. They got me in and out on a busy Sunday! I highly recommend this location!

Hyde helped my sister and I. We stopped in after my car was making an awful sound. He was so nice and provided awesome customer service. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful service and reads! All staff are exceptional and concurrently efficient as well. They helped guide me to the exact problem and gave me and in-depth explanation to weigh my option better. Stopped by the Jiffy Lube Multicare while we were on a test drive. We had no idea they are a full service garage. We talked to Hyde and he was very helpful. We were able to get a quick diagnostic of the vehicle right away and he gave us great advice and information. We would definitely come back for work on any of our cars.

We’ve had a great experience with this Jiffy Lube. I bring all four of our vehicles here, and the staff is always super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They do a great job, but what I appreciate most is that they’re honest and take the time to explain what they’re doing. If something comes up, they walk you through it and help figure out the best solution without making you feel pressured. It’s nice having a place you feel like you can trust with your vehicles. Definitely recommend them!

Greatest place in Bloomington/Normal to get an oil change. Great bunch of guys, conscientious, thorough and professional. Only place I get my oils changed lately.

Go-to place for an oil change and other service

Hyde in my opinionis is extremely knowledgable and takes pride in his work. It's was my first time here and will be back the next time I need anything.

This location has consistently given us reliable service and they never push for unnecessary service. In fact, I took my suburban in because I thought it was time for an oil change, but the shop told me it didn't need it. They topped off all the fluids anyway and didn't charge me anything. Highly recommend.

Fast food service delivered with a smile!

I showed up due to my car overheating. Hyde got it in quickly, and he got the diagnostics done. Turns out that it needed a therrmostat. Hyde worked hard to get the part quickly. I am thankful for Hyde and his team!

I can’t say enough good things about Hyde! I’m from out of town and had gotten an oil change at a competitor before hitting the road. About two hours into my drive, I realized they hadn’t properly put my skid plate back on and it was dragging on the ground. I pulled into this Jiffy Lube hoping someone could help, and Hyde immediately took care of me. He got everything secured quickly, made sure I was good to safely get back on the road, and was incredibly kind throughout the whole experience. What could have turned into a stressful situation while traveling ended up being such an easy fix because of him. Seriously, 10/10 customer service.

Great speedy service

From the moment I arrived and left I was given amazing service during my oil change. The facility is brand new and the waiting room was impressive! Very clean and free coffee and water was convenient. The attendants I spoke with checked out my tires and suspension for free after sharing some worries I had on my vehicle which I thought was above and beyond the kind of service I see from other local businesses. Since I live close by, I plan to use this facility going forward. Thank you for showing me such great service that’s truly hard to find these days.
