Efficient, professional service

I did go to Mundelein location, both the associates were extremely friendly and welcoming. They care about helping and providing awesome quality service. Oil change took hardly ~15 mins. Place was crystal clean including workshop area.

Excellent service on my 2018 Ford Transit Connect replaced my both front suspension and full oil transmission changed. Now, its running quiet and smooth. Thank you for great service Mr Nate.

Owner Nate and other staff members are very friendly and talented, I was in and out in 20 mins with service done and some helpful tips to keep my car in the best condition. I highly recommend them for quality work.

Nate the store manager was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to get the correct fluid for my transmission and do it per GM specs.

I've had several oil changes over the last year with this Jiffy Lube location and all of my experiences have been very positive. They are quick, efficient and very professional and always go the extra mile. My vehicle requires a specific oil and Nate and the team actually went out of their way to get it for me each time. Recently, I had an engine light issue and Nate (Manager) was determined to find the source of the issue and repair the problem. After several attempts, Nate found what was causing the light to come on, quickly fixed it and in the process likely saved me $100's of dollars. I usually don't write these reviews but their service is exceptional. I gladly give them the highest star rating.

Personell were very efficient polite and knowledgeable. Oil change and computer chip replacement were done quickly and efficiently.all other systems were checked and no other work was needed! I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to any car owner!
