Initially my battery was the culprit and the JiffyLube crew in Melrose Park came to my aid with courtesy and competency. Two weeks later I was there for a different problem and they were able to diagnose the situation and provide temporary assistance. I liked that they explained that future problems may ensue and advised that I have a complete checkup of all my car’s parts at a type of facility that offers complete auto maintenance.

The Jiffy line in Melrose park is aces. Never a long wait for an oil change, relaxing waiting room with vending machines and tv, and the best part of the location is the staff. Always friendly and always helping save money.

I have to say this is my local Jiffy Lube. They excel in customer service, the are polite and kind and accommodating. During the winter I went their several times due to my tire light. They checked and inflated my tires at no charge, they were polite and gave me fast service. I highly recommend them.

Happy to visit that location every time for the good service, time is critical as always but they take care of you. Thanks for the smiley welcome and the cleaning of the car.

This was my second time visiting the Jiffy Lube in Melrose Park! First time was 4 years ago. On Friday, May 1, 26, Kevon’s customer service from drop off to pick up was absolutely the BEST! Knowledgeable and patient! The entire staff greeted each and every customer ensuring they were helped. “That left a great impression with me’ My car needed a major tune up and now it’s riding like a brand new car! Consider this location my new go to spot going forward! I will be bringing my son’s car next for a tune up. Job well done Jiffy Lube’ Melrose!
