Was getting my emissions tested nearby on my Jeep and it didn't pass due to a small electric issue. Was told to go to a mechanic, but short on time, money, and coincidentally also needing an oil change, hopped in this Jiffy Lube hoping MAYBE they could assist me. I appreciated their willingness to try and help me before automatically saying no, making me feel safe with their opinions, and no doubt helped me potentially be taken advantage of by a mechanic for $$ in the end. Thank you Masum, David and Ricardo for saving the day for me. I will be back here for the next visit and will spread the word of your team's kindness!

I've been coming to Lincolnwood Jiffy Lube for many years. They're always ready to help with a smile, and I appreciate the free washer fluid top offs and tire fills in between oil changes.

Very quick and courteous.

So I’ve never been to a better Jiffy Lube. The boss moves in sync with his guys, and believe me no one outworks Hector. The receptionist (name begins with a M (Marla?), she is so sweet and welcomes everybody! This place is outstanding!! I had a headlight replaced.

My usual Jiffy Lube was busy so I drove over here where the team got me in quickly and my oil change was done within 30 minutes. Friendly and efficient, I recommend this shop.
