Great service and a reasonable price. I put 4 stars because I think the team needs to do a better job at looking at the vehicle’s maintenance history and recommend appropriate services.

We take our company services vans to Jiffy for oil changes and the team always does a great job - fast and reliable!

First time visit. Jessie Alverez was the Manager for the store when I took my girl’s car to get a simple oil change. I knew they would find something wrong with the car since my girl told me “I only take the car to the dealership when the message pops up that It needs maintenance”, but I was amazed by the amount of time and detail the mechanic that worked on the car took to discover sooo much wrong with the car. The Manager took his time to explain in extraordinary detail, with images and videos, all of the things they could see wrong with the car. I have never in my life seen such a detailed inspection, especially since I was there for an oil change, not an inspection. I purchased some parts for pressing matters and will tackle the other issues they found soon. Superb service by the mechanic and amazing patience and interpersonal skills by the manager. Will keep coming back here with my vehicles.

This was by far the cleanest and most efficient Jiffy Lube I have ever been to.

Fast, friendly service. No one tries to push extra services and they give you options/prices for any service they recommend. Hector and Marie assisted me at the desk. The techs were also friendly. Decent sized clean waiting room, with public washroom. Easy access off Touhy.

First time visiting this location and could not recommend it more. Service was prompt and the staff were on their A game from start to finish. I didn’t feel like any services were “pushed” on me, but I made informed decision thanks to the thorough inspection. Waiting area was comfortable and well kept. Highly recommend this Jiffy location!

Had a great experience. Once in the bay I was in and out in 15 minutes. I only waited 30 minutes for service. My car is working like a champ now. The synthetic oil service really helped it.

Jiffy Lube on Touhy is a great place to get an oil change! The staff are nice and helpful and give you the options and suggestions so you can decide what you can do at that time of service. Hector and Phil did a great job with my oil change and changing the bulbs for my headlights! Great job guys, see you next time!

I took my new Land Cruiser for its first oil change and had a great experience. Hector worked on my vehicle and went above and beyond. He took the time to show me the underside of the car, walked me through different components, and explained what he was looking at. I needed an oil change visited Jiffy Lube’s Lincolnwood location. I couldn’t have been happier with the level of service. Everyone that I met was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Their customer service was impressive. I highly recommend this business. It was during lunch I visited them. It was busy but they were very quick.

This is the only jiffy lube I come to. The guys get you in and out fast. They offer some replacement parts if needed but they arent pushy. This time the tech Adam told me lots of cool things about my car that made me proud of my car. He had one in the past and told me about some cool things he did with his old one. I enjoyed his enthusiasm and passion for cars. I felt like he was a guy I could trust with my car since he had one and knew so much about them. The place is clean and I've never had a problem here. I'll keep coming back and appreciate the ease to get in and out.

I don't write many reviews but the treatment I got at this particular jiffy lube makes me feel that review is called for. First of all, I've been to Jiffy Lubes before. Some locations are run better than others just like most other businesses that are franchised. But this time the service was top notch. The manager, Phil, paid so much attention to detail and gave me thorough explanation concerning a couple of minor car issues I have. Very friendly man who knows his stuff. Briefly spoke to a couple of the mechanics, Alex and Jose, and they were unbelievably friendly as well. Can't tell you how refreshing it feels just to simply get excellent customer service. Plus I received 10% military discount and my car was vacuumed for me. This place will definitely be visited by me again because they have earned my trust and therefore deserve my loyalty.
