I used to be a loyal customer at this location until last summer when service quality went down. I saw that they are under new ownership and decided to give them another chance. I was very pleased with the service I received. All of the employees that I met were very pleasant and quick. The waiting area was very clean and they offer free coffee. I will be back for my next oil change!

I just got my oil changed on a 2019 Suburu @store 3087 in Lemont IL. and it was fantastic!! Alex & Anthony are a humble dynamic duo! They did the dang thing… fixed an unknown issue at no charge. Saved us a few dollars in the process! I’ll be back??

Lemont Jiffy Lube was a great experience today. (May 16). Jake from the Ottowa store was here and appeared knowledgeable and genuine. I never trust car mechanics. Who does? The key: the will print out the services with prices for services I eventually need. That's a way to stay honest.
