The Huntley Jiffy Lube is the best location by far. As a 25 year long customer, I’m aware of other stores and this one is the top.

If I could give 6 stars I would. This is my second time coming back from an oil leaking problem which has been causing my car trouble when turning the wheel and an oil light constantly flashing. Thinking it was just an oil change it was something major! These gentleman at this jiffy lube solved the issue in a manner of an hour. Guy the AGM told me the issue, told me the problem without any additional costs or fees and told me how they will solve it and gave me constant reassurance of the issue. Dereck the dm and David the technician both made sure they throughly cleaned the oil leaks and leakage from the inside and outside of the engine and even installed a new part to help get rid of these problems to make sure they don’t occur again. Jiffy lube is the place I usually go for my oil changes but after this experience I could say they have a loyal customer for life!

I came in with a rounded oil drain plug. They got it out and changed my oil in a very timely manner.

The service it self took a while. The young guys at the Huntley shop are very respectful and kind. They gave me a discount for the extended wait and i wasn’t mad about.

Oil change went smoothly.

I always get in and get out quickly at the Huntley location and if one of the techs has a question they will ask the manager to make sure everything is being done correctly.

Very satisfied. Used my own oil and filter and inspected the drain plug and torque. Took care with lug nuts and torque with tire rotation. My Toyota dealer couldn’t manage doing this correctly and can’t even provide the proper oil…

I just got an Oil Change and the whole experience was phenomenal. The General Manager, Jon, was extremely professional and just enjoyable welcoming person. The entire time, he was guiding me through to make sure I got the best deal for my car and save the most money. The rest of the crew was joyful and helpful too! Could not ask for a better oil change experience :)))))))

My coolant light turned on over an hour and half away from home on a holiday weekend - a different location had turned me away saying they were closed when they were supposed to be open till 4 - Guy met me outside and helped me immediately, really great customer service, would go here everytime!

The upper and lower bay techs are over worked and deserve breaks. But they are professional to my vehicle and me. As for management at the location for me was enjoyable with a nice smile. I do know we all have our days but they were super nice and hard working.

They went above and beyond, Made my family and I welcome while they tried to locate the rare tire that I needed (265/45 R21) - One of the few tires that no one hardly keeps in stock.

First time at getting my oil changed at this location. Technicians were super helpful and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes!

I got us in right away, the gentleman that changed the oil was very thorough did a good job and kept the area where he was working clean. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
