Kept me informed and delivered on time

My coolant light turned on over an hour and half away from home on a holiday weekend - a different location had turned me away saying they were closed when they were supposed to be open till 4 - Guy met me outside and helped me immediately, really great customer service, would go here everytime!

Erik and Guy at the Huntley location provided excellent service. These gentlemen clearly explained my options, provided great customer service, and ensured I had continuous updates!

Had a oil change everyone was nice and polite.

The upper and lower bay techs are over worked and deserve breaks. But they are professional to my vehicle and me. As for management at the location for me was enjoyable with a nice smile. I do know we all have our days but they were super nice and hard working.

They went above and beyond, Made my family and I welcome while they tried to locate the rare tire that I needed (265/45 R21) - One of the few tires that no one hardly keeps in stock.

First time at getting my oil changed at this location. Technicians were super helpful and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes!

I got us in right away, the gentleman that changed the oil was very thorough did a good job and kept the area where he was working clean. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Great place but the one in Algonquin don't take cash or a check i was there customer for 15 years I'm glad you guys take checks and cash
