This place is great they are reasonable on pricing compared to other places very friendly and they don't push services I would highly recommend coming to this location because these techs care for thier work and also cares for the customer thank you for your great service

Friendly and quick. Disappointing that they wouldn't place any filters I had brought with me. Nor would they leave open the area in. They checked my filters so that I can place them in myself.

I have been to many Jiffy Lubes in my life. This one is the friendliest, hardest working and caring one I have ever been too. Also the cleanest!

My local go to for oil change. I know Jiffy Lune sometimes gets a bad rap but I've been coming to this one on Army Trail for years and never had a problem. Staff are always friendly and service is fast.

Jiffy Lube to the rescue. I pull into the Hanover park location with a nail in my tire. Its 6:15 they took me right away and I was out the door at 6:45. I cant tell them how much I appreciate the prompt and friendly service I will be getting a good nights sleep not worrying about nail in my tire. THANK YOU Jiffy Lube. Scotty

Awesome job changing my oil. They told me my valve cover was leaking and provided an estimate to fix it, I know the estimate was to low as my car doesn't have a replaceable gasket, you need to replace the whole valve cover. Also, I brought both of my cars. The same day and both times they told me I had a suspension issue that needed attention. Be cautious of recommend work, get a second opinion.

Julie and the whole staff in Hanover Park were great! Very friendly and efficient. I will be back as they got my oil change done in a very timely manner. They acted like they genuinely wanted to be there and take care of the customer! Unfortunately you dont see that in the service industry all the time anymore!

Alex was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous, & went above & beyond to help diagnose my issues. He gave sound advice, which I took & they quickly resolved/repaired what was needed. Stopped in soon before the store closed and Julie in front was very helpful despite me being last minute. They were upfront about prices and what exactly my car needed. Will definitely be returning and recommending!

I stopped in to ger my car checked out for Uber. The boss didn't charge me. I'll be back for an oil change.

Needed new car battery. They replaced the old one in about 15 minutes. Good service.

Eric and Andrea provided a great experience for my family and I while we took our 2 cars there. The staff checked us in and Andrea made use that my kids were comfortable and even went as far as to give us some dry erase markers so that the kids could draw on the windows to keep them entertained. We ran in to a problem with the oil filter and a part that looked like it was damaged at another libation on my last oil Change. Eric went ahead and got the part and made sure that we had our car up and running within the hour. Great people and service that we will go back to from now on.

Best oil change place hands down. Staff is very nice and they do a great job. They aren’t pushy about anything. Also, i trust them, which is hard in the mechanic industry. Prices are as good as you are going to do. 5 stars.

I ask these people if they can check my oil life, obviously if low, I would want it changed. I guess I put too much trust in these people because during payment, I was told my oil was at 62%. Okay, so why would you change it then? Very dishonest, and my husband TOLD me not to come to this location. Last time we were here they didn’t put the oil cap back on, and we were leaking oil for weeks. I’m beyond pissed I just wasted my hard earned money ON AN OIL CHANGE I DID NOT NEED! Incompetence at its finest! -Khara UPDATE: Gave this location another shot, and was met with a pleasant experience! They were extremely accommodating and made sure to verify what work they were going to do before doing so. Oh, and my kids want to thank you for their suckers!

Quick service but pricey.

I’ve always been skeptical of Jiffy Lube but this location is by far the best one I’ve been too. I have a fleet vehicle but didn’t have the pamphlet with the information so the gentleman called fleet service and took care of it. He also wrote down all of the information for me that the fleet service provided him so we don’t have issues again. Also extremely fast service.
