I like coming here to this Jiffy Lube location out by Manheim I like the manager is very Respectful and recognize most customers Welcome them in and always checks with them for new upgrades. I’m very happy with all the services that the manager has provided me with and I will continue to come back again and again.

While being out of town, the maintenance light came on, we found this Jiffy Lube location. Carlos and Tony took exceptional care of us. Carlos had a welcoming demeanor and walked us through what the car needed done. We are so thankful we found the location and they were quick and welcoming!

I had an emergency issue with my brakes and in my haste, I didn't realize that this location wasn't a full service Jiffy Lube, however, the gentlemen at this location still proceeded to take a quick look at the vehicle, describe to me what the issue was, and point me to where I could get services quickly. I truly appreciated their assistance and knowledge. I'd come back for the services they do offer simply because of their kindness.

Rubbi helped me out today with my oil change and I had a great experience. The service was quick and professional, and everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciated how well things were explained to me and how I was kept informed about what I wasn’t aware of. It made me feel comfortable and confident in the service. Great customer service fast service

Went early morning Saturday and the service was great! Rubii helped me with everything i needed and recommended a few other services that i was not aware of. Definitely will be coming back because of how fast it was and how knowledgeable Rubii was.

This was my first visit at this particular Jiffy Lube, even though it's the closest one to my house; it's most convenient for me to bring my company vehicle. Speaking of which, I was able to apply for a fleet account and they made it easy for me to do so. And they explained in detail what was done to my vehicle: verifying what oil was used, checking the fluids, and checking the tires. The crew wasn't condescending and they made my stop a pleasant one.

Carlos and His crew were fast, Informative and efficient. Professional staff all the way around, not a lazy employee in sight. Definitely will be recommending this location to My Family and Friends! Thanks for cleaning The bugs off My windshield as well ????
