Did a general inspection where the replaced my wipers and filled up my coolant. They also noticed I had a damaged axel boot. They were quick and very helpful in sending me to A1 auto who were able to fix it!

Stopped in at this Jiffy Lube in between appointments to get an oil change. This location is one frequented by a friend of mine so I gave it a shot since I was in the area. The engineers were friendly and very quick. Definitely would recommend this location!

Quick and easy to get service

Amazing, Prompt service. The staff had me in and out in a jiffy. Explained exactly what service my car needed, explained the options in a way that I understood without being overly technical. I plan to have my vehicle serviced here for the future!

Great guys on Dempster jiffy Lube. I went on a Tuesday afternoon got in got out in under 30 minutes. They showed me the filters on my air conditioning and heating and said let’s wait till the summer to change them. They told me I needed my tires rotated and just my oil changed with new oil filters. In and out nice.

All of them were so nice. I had an issue and they accommodated me. Very quick and efficient. I will be back! Thank you guys.

Always kind and helpful. Always super fast. They never up charge. I once pulled up right at closing time (without realizing it). Because my “change oil” light was on, they still checked my level and offered to do the change, even though it was clear everything had been locked up. When I told them no thank you (it was freezing and I’m sure they wanted to go home as much as I did) they topped me off so I could still drive safely until I could come back in the next day or two. This is not the first time someone at this location has gone the extra mile. Even though Jiffy Lube is a big company, whenever I go to this location, it definitely gives that small business feel.

These guys know what they are doing and are courteous and friendly. They gave me a free air freshener, and they took care of oil and tire rotations which is the main reason I visit jiffy lube. I always come to them for car related stuff - would highly recommend!

I recently came here to get my oil changed. There were several cars in front of me, but they got to my car pretty quickly. They found a light that was out and I appreciated getting that fixed. I’m only giving 4 stars though because the review felt like a lot of upselling.

Quick service. Reasonable pricing. Needed a headlight replaced in the freezing cold. Only 39.95. Had oil changed as well. 25 minutes and it was busy. Highly recommend

I live Hyde Park and the oil change options here are few and not trustworthy. The drain plug on my Volvo was tightened too much and stripped the oil pan. I am frequently in Evanston and Jiffy there would be more convenient. I’m hopeful they they are more skilled and careful.

This is where I always go to get my oil changed. I feel like they're straight forward with me and I don't feel pressured to add on services, though they do offer them. They were super quick and efficient with changing my brake light too and it was only $10 which was definitely worth it to save me the trouble. I don't live in this area anymore but I'll continue to make the drive up here for my basic maintenance.

Fast and simple

Martin the manager helped me out twice. Not only did I bring a fleet car to get an oil change, I brought my personal vehicle in for an oil change and Martin explained to me in detail what my vehicle needed. I was surprised to find out my rear brakes needed changed and my brake taillight was out. Thanks Martin for your detailed explanation of your inspection. I felt like I was being serviced and not treated like a number. I appreciate and thank you for your excellent customer service. We need more like you in the service force.
