I’ve had all my repairs done here since obtaining my car. They’re so helpful and I’m happily driving at 100k miles just reached last week. Great service, stop in with any questions, air fills, to off fluids in between. Fast, courteous and a clean facility.

I won't go anywhere else for my oil changes! I to go N. York in Elmhurst, IL and they are very kind, explain everything and don't try to sell you things you don't need.

Highly recommend! Great customer service! Melissa was great from the word 'hello' to her 'thank you, have a great evening'. I literally had just left the dealership getting an oil change plus inspection and leaving with a laundry list of things my vehicle needed. Namely, my front brakes were trash and needed to be replaced ASAP. I already knew the brakes were in need of attention, I just didn't want to pay dealership prices to get the brakes or any of the other things I needed done. My nephew mentioned he had gotten some brake work done at a Jiffy Lube in the city near Roosevelt and Western. I was thinking about going to that location, but I really didn't feel like going way over there. As I was heading home from the dealership, back into the city/Chicago to figure it out, I just happened to notice I was passing a Jiffy Lube. I made a u-turn to inquire about pricing for replacement of my front brakes. Melissa greeted me with her warm, welcoming smile and gave me a price that I found so unbelievable (compared to the price the dealership had given), I had to verify by asking my question in a different way 3 more times. ?? Her response was the same each time. There were no hidden or surprise cost. Me thinking the work would require a lot of hours and an appointment would be needed. Nope, no appointment needed. As a matter of fact, she said, pull on in, we can get your work going right now. She provided me with the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Melissa kept me informed about everything (i.e. the calls to the parts store, the prep status of my vehicle for the service, etc). She actually made me feel so good about the experience, that as I waited, I decided to add a couple other things from my laundry list that needed to be done (brake fluid flush and cabin air filter). And I can't believe how fast the work was completed. I may have been there an hour and a half in total. In the end, I checked 3 major things off my list in time for the upcoming fall/winter season, saved a few hundred dollars from what the dealership wanted to charge and pulled away feeling wonderful about the entire experience. I'm sure I pass more than a few Jiffy Lube locations from my home in Chicago to York Road in Elmhurst. But I don't care. It's official, this Jiffy Lube is now 'my place'. Thank you Melissa and team!

By far the best Jiffy Lube I've ever been to. I live in Chicago and doing a job nearby which is how I found this location. Im actually considering making the trip out of town just to be serviced by this location. Great job guys. Professional, friendly, and quick service.

I always receive good quality customer service at this Jiffy Lube. I don’t live near this place but I travel to this one because of the customer service I always get. They are very focused on getting the job done and getting you on your way!! As long as I keep getting great customer service, I will continue going to this place. I pass other stores on the way to this one but the customer service is horrible!

To all of you that has a desire for an exceptional oil change. My recommendations would be this location. I've been a customer for many years with jiffylube and experienced some challenging experiences. But I never experienced not one at this location. I am pleased to say the professionalism and service are truly exceptional and I have no complaints. The staff is warm, respectful, informative and truly heavenly people. I came into Jiffy Lube yesterday around 5 ish PM in my Ford Fiesta because my car was acting strange. I was honestly nervous and frustrated, especially because it was my birthday, and being at a Jiffy Lube was definitely the last place I expected to spend part of my day. But I truly believe I was meant to pull into this particular location at that exact moment. A young man who was incredibly kind and patient took the time to talk with me, explain what was going on, because honestly I’m just a girl lol. He help me get safely back on the road. I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but I hope management can figure out who he was based on the timing of my visit. His kindness made what could have been a stressful and upsetting experience feel so much better. Sometimes it’s not just about the service , it’s about the person who takes the time to make you feel cared for when you really need it. I am so grateful for his help and for the way he treated me. Please recognize this young man for me. He was truly a blessing, and I hope he knows that his kindness made a difference in my birthday and in my day. ??

????? Had my oil changed here today, and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and they explained everything about my car in a way that was easy to understand. Special shoutout to Claire (I hope I got your name right!). She was so kind and helpful. About a year ago, I had a bad car accident right in front of this Jiffy Lube, and she came out to calm me down and make sure I was okay. It was really nice to see her again today under much better circumstances. Thank you, Claire and the whole team. I’ll definitely be back!
