Always a great service! Kind and fast. It is a great team!

Had a synthetic oil change just driving in the are decided to stop while I had time. Glad I stopped at the elk grove location that day. It was significantly cheaper than the other two places I'd used in the past. They showed me my filter asked if I wsnted it changed which he had said it looked good, it did, so I declined to change the filter this time. Staff was considerate, honest. and friendly. I'll be returning for future oil changes.

The nicest crew around. Very professional. Had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I used to not know where to go for my oil because I often have issues trusting the person doing it Then I started coming to this jiffy lube by my place , I have been coming for about a year now almost once each month. They have always been good to me! efficient and the Price Is Right... All of the people that work here are pleasant, trustworthy and you can count on them to be diligent, honest and give a quality service. I also love how they are right down the street from me and their hours are good with my schedule.

Two oil changes ago my nearest shop had fox news on and I kinda lost it on them so I don't go there anymore lol. I've chosen to go to this jiffy lube I drive by on the way to my latest job and the from the first to last interaction there, it was awesome. I picked them up donuts from dunkin next door. They got you covered on coffee with a stylish keurig and two of the best kirkland blends on tap in the waiting area. I will go there next time im due for an oil change. They also shot me a price on rear breaks and it was affordable enough for me to choose not to do them myself lol

Very easy process and good value.

Wonderful customer for real only took 20 minutes for my oil change. Made me feel comfortable, it was reasonably priced, and had a coupon online. The whole staff is just wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Fast and efficient. They gave me 2 car freshners as a bonus.

The staff at this jiffy lube was really helpful and kind and was able to get my work done and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend them.

That was probably the fastest and friendliest oil change I ever had! I normally go to this location and it's always good but last time they went above and beyond with service even though it was close to closing time.

The 3 gentlemen working there are polite & professional. Jiffy Lube is the fastest most efficient service. Beats that other company that falsely alleges 5 minute service. Also it's better to get out of the car and maybe drink some of the complimentary coffee ?? and use the bathroom. Before you know, the job has been done. I recommend them to everyone that I know.

Jordan was awesome

The employees were knowledgeable, positive, friendly and worked efficiently. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and they offered to show me a cabin filter and see if I wanted a new one. It was discussing and they were right but never forced me to pay for anything extra. They were quite careful about not pushing extra expenses.

The guys were very attentive, showed me a couple minor things that I didn't notice with the car which I appreciate very much. Changed my oil and cabin filter. Service was prompt and courteous. Thank you.

Quick and didn't push any unnecessary work. I'll be back.
