I had the opportunity of doing Business with Erik S I made a delivery today and he was very kind polite even assisted me with taking the pallet into the location. I highly recommend this place for excellent customer. Service skills would like to see him in a future as a manager.. Also, he was very courteous, kind, and polite to customers at the location.

I had scheduled an oil change for my car at the dealership, Motor Werks, where I purchased my car. I was quoted the price of $100. When I went to have the oil change, I was told that I was misquoted and it would be $390 for an oil change. Needless to say I did not stay. I went to Jiffy Lube and Crystal Lake and could not have been happier. I worked with Jo, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. Ask questions I’ve never been asked in an oil change before. I would recommend going to Jiffy Lube and Crystal Lake for a great experience of having your oil changed.

Clean customer area. The people were very courteous and able to answer all my questions. No doubt I will go back again.

Russell and Joshua were amazing! Got oil change and serviced the check engine light that appeared during a 8.5 hour drive.

Russell and Joseph were amazing! Had an engine light on and they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Awesome shop and staff!

Great place to get your car worked on. Friendly staff, knows what they are doing, they didnt try to up sell me but gave me options. Apparently i had a rats nest in my engine, they took it out and gave me advice on how to prevent that from continuing. Decided to get my wiper blade replaced here and Russell fixed an annoying sound my engine was making. Things I probably could have gone to the store and done myself but the comfortable environment and the team of guys working on the car made me want to spend my money with the shop and not at the store. As a female, mechanic shops are not always the more comfortable pleces but that is not the case at the Crystal Lake location. Thank Russell Erik & Dylan (hope thats everyone) See you guys again in 5000 miles!

CL Jiffy Lube always take great care of me, I get in/out super fast, and I love that I don’t even have to get out of the car. I drive a fleet vehicle, with a corporate acct @ JL. This past week, I’ve spent just shy of 2 hours at 3 locations trying to get an oil change. At Crystal Lake, Deon & Mario didn’t just resolve my issue but put a note on my account so I don’t have this issue again. I’m so appreciative for their quick & efficient service!
