I always have a great experience here thanks to Porsche! She’s friendly, professional, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about customers :)

I came to the Jiffy Lube on 14007 S Cicero for an oil change, and the women working there were outstanding. My pickup has a plate on the bottom that makes oil changes a little tricky, but they handled it with teamwork, professionalism, and real skill. Watching them work together to remove that plate and get the job done right was impressive. They took great care of me from start to finish. They’re the reason I keep coming back. Thank you!
