Very helpful and polite. Went for oil change and explained that a light came on dash and they were able to figure out issue. Even helped by fastening hose that was broken so we were able to get to our mechanic.

Came in for a quick check engine light read and the team jumped on helping me super quickly told me exactly what the issue was and fixed everything up super fast and efficiently. Quick and excellent service!

After being turned away at a couple of other locations for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation, I was emotionally drained. I know every shop has different capabilities, so this isn’t a knock on anyone else. By the time I walked into this Jiffy Lube today, I just needed someone to care enough to help me figure it out. From the moment I called before inarrived, Bonnie assured me they’d help me. Upon arrival Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. Watching them work together was honestly refreshing. Everyone jumped in to help each other without hesitation. There was no ego, no chaos, just a team of people who clearly care about doing great work and taking care of the people who walk through their doors. What meant the most was that they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn’t rush me, pressure me into buying things I didn’t need, or make me feel like I was just another customer. They treated me like a person. They probably have no idea how much they helped me today, but they did. My car isn’t just my car, it’s my livelihood as an Uber driver. If my car isn’t running, I can’t work. Their patience, honesty, and willingness to help gave me peace of mind during a really stressful day. If you’re looking for a shop that sees you as a person first and a customer second, this is the place. Great mechanics can fix a car. Great people can make a difficult day feel manageable again. Bonnie, Ozzy, and the entire team did that for me today. Thank you. Your kindness meant more than you’ll probably ever know.

Not only did Bonnie go out of her way to make sure everything was serviced properly, she explained what was going on in a way I could understand, vouched for me and pricing was generous in my opinion. She made me feel included and not like I was being tricked out of money for services. Julio did a great, prompt job with the oil change and assisting as well. Thank you to everyone at this location (including manager whose name I do not remember) for going above and beyond with servicing me today. They even made it an enjoyable experience for my 4 year old son.

Updated review 11/22/25: This visit was equally as great! I just got off work and stopped by there because I was overdue. There was no wait. Bonnie was so nice and professional. I felt terrible that I was overdue and she told me she was proud of me for not waiting too long - before I even mentioned I was overdue. That’s the kind of things people remember. We also have our bulldogs in common. ?? It was done super fast and I laughed a lot. Usually I bring my dog but since I didn’t have him I had to show her a picture of him. If you’re a dog owner you get it. She said to bring him next time and she will have treats. ???? I know it’s more expensive than other places I could go to, but I don’t get the same service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always go to this jiffy lube to get my oil changed. They are always so fast and nice. Today was no exception. I brought my English bulldog with me and it’s safe to say he made friends for life. They were so good to him and complimented him so he was in heaven. That is my baby and anyone that treats him that kindly gets an A+ in my book. We talked about our dogs and laughed and I almost forgot I was there for an oil change. It was definitely the most fun I’ve ever had getting my oil changed!! I will always come back and will bring Vladdy with me every time to see our friends. Thank you for making a chore a fun event for us both!
