These ppl were very polite and thorough I went in for an inspection and they offered me so much information about my ride it was cheaper than someone told me it was and also gave me info on all the discounts that I qualify for they wasn’t pushy trying to sale me things just did the job and was very informative. Customer service was on point.

Demitrius was spot on in diagnosing my ride needed an engine clean before changing the oil. The car had been sitting for awhile and the oil was very dark. Afterwards the engine was back to normal. The whole crew is very professional.

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The gentleman who performed the oil change on my Dodge Durango was very friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and made sure I understood the service being provided. The gentleman who assisted me at checkout was also very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Both employees provided excellent customer service and made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I was so impressed that I have already returned to have my work vans serviced, and I will continue to choose Jiffy Lube for my vehicle maintenance needs. To the two gentlemen who assisted me—keep up the great work and continue bringing that positive energy to the workplace! It definitely makes a difference. Great job!

Went in for an oil change. One thing I appreciated the most a lady came in after me. They informed her it was not time for an oil change yet however she went ahead and changed it. I found that to be honorable, the employees didn’t have to say anything but they were honest and I appreciated it

Loved the experience. My car had been down for 3 mos. I went to Jiffy. The guys know what they're doing! They checked everything. It took no time to service me and explained what was needed even when I leave. I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely Great Customer Service.

My visit was quick and efficient. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Krayton (spelling may not be correct) was especially helpful and patient with my questions and explained everything carefully. Will definitely go back.

The crew on 107th Halsted is the perfect example of why you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. These black men looked so rough around the edges but from the moment they opened their mouths it was pure professionalism, compassion, safety first and all around excellent care of my vehicle. They're knowledgeable and kept me abreast of everything... I'll add names once I get back to my receipt.

The technicians were professional and friendly. They got me in and out quickly and check was a breeze.

Friendly professional knowledgeable that's the crew. They answered all my maintenance questions didn't change anything they didn't need to even when I asked. Instead of just taking my money they explained why I didn't need it. I come to them for annual and intermittent maintenance. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
