Had a great experience, staff were very friendly & they answered all my questions swiftly. Only took about 14 minutes to do a full vehicle inspection & oil change. Tyler was very patient and helpful by making sure my tire pressure was good ????

Fantastic service. Manny was so helpful and patient - explained choices to me, what he’d recommend based on what was going on with my car, and had me comfortable and confident with the work being done. Service was quick and everyone was friendly and professional.

Manny, Juan & Kia were amazing! They made my oil change quick and hassle-free, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. They also took the time to explain what services my car needed, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a great experience overall. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube!

Service was quick. I made a faux-pas when they showed me the air filter, and I always think, can't we just knock some of the dust off this, and I hit it a little in the store over the carpet, and made a bit of a mess. They were not happy about that and I offered to vacuum, but it was not that big of a deal. It was $85 for the most basic oil change possible. I'd give it 5 stars if it were about $60. Maybe this whole war situation is affecting oil across the board, but it feels like one should be able to do this for about $50. Maybe I am naive and just need to figure out how to do this myself (it's supposedly not that hard). Regardless, service was swift and efficient, and they were decent to me despite my own shortcomings as a customer. I'm sure the operators of this location can't control the price but I would think with Jiffy Lube's market share, they could do better to beat the competition. If I don't start doing this myself and opt for help again next time, I'll shop around a little more. But I have no quibbles about the service itself.

I came in yesterday for an oil change and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Good service feels so rare nowadays, so this really stood out to me. Manny and the entire team were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. They went above and beyond — they even helped remove the leftover numbers/stickers from when my car had been towed, which they absolutely did not have to do. Small gestures like that genuinely make such a difference. You can tell the employees here actually care about helping people and treating customers well. Thank you again to Manny and the whole crew for making what’s usually just a routine errand such a positive experience!
