Just got an oil change this morning and the service was great. The manager and everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. Service went much faster than expected. Pricing is a lil high but their coupons are helpful. Check their site. I will definitely be back.

I love the service and speed. I heard rattling when I drove off and it was the stick that holds the hood up. I put it back in the clip. A very small mistake. No problem

Williams MedicReview by tour friendly, neighborhood Medic: I went to this location to get my oil change. I felt depleted after completing my work shift. This Team of gentlemen instantly saw me! The entire vibe in this establishment could be felt. I felt the sleepless nights, bills that can't be paid, navigation through difficulties, and many other things WE all have going on that put us in situations where an end cannot be seen. I also felt the warmth of a genuine smile that greeted me in the parking lot as I drove my vehicle in. Roger maintained eye contact with me, used visual cues to inform me I was in the wrong line and where to go. He instructed me to follow Glenn's instruction. From that point in my visit, I was already impressed and aware of what great teamwork these gentlemen utilized with each other. Each team member I mentioned above began to work on my oil change. I help people in the medical field. Mechanics and all Auto related professions are so essential in the fact that they keep ALL of US going every day! We can all be safely on the roads because of these great men. ?? They are the doctors, nurses, CNA's, EMT's/Paramedics, etc of the ?? ??. Update 9/3: The owner, Omar, saw my initial review and personally contacted me to talk about my experience. He was so understanding and willing to resolve my complaint by offering a discount on my next service. I just left from the site and was treated MUCH better, while also receiving the discount as promised. Thank you to Omar and team for implementing feedback and keeping me as a customer! 7/27: My experience here was absolutely horrible. I came to get an oil change during a storm, and the technicians didn’t properly attach the underside of my engine. I came back the next to let them know so that it could be fixed and the team on staff was so rude. They gave full service to 3 vehicles that came behind me, and then when I asked to speak to the manager, Araceli, she avoided me. I noticed I was put in a bay where no technicians were working, so I asked to speak with her again, being directed to Glenn, the apparent Assistant Manager. Both of them made incredibly derogatory remarks about me and my complaints in my presence, saying they didn’t like my attitude, though not understanding how they caused it. When Araceli finally came to speak to me after a full 30 mins of waiting for some screws to be put on properly, she had no interest in understanding my frustration. They then refused to give me my receipt and information about how to make a complaint until I informed them that the previous crew didn’t give me one. She then took a total of 10 minutes to print out my receipt, just to still come and try to belittle me for being upset and wanting an explanation. I waited in the bay just to write this complaint so that people know and that management can do better!!!

Needed it done quick and the team got it done in about 15 minutes.

Prices went up (of course) but the service is good and the people are honest.
