The guys at Jiffy Lube off 103rd/Kedzie are always so polite and fast with their work. They inform you of everything they’re doing and what they checked on your car when you’re in for your oil change. Today, 6 July 2026, I needed to replace two filters, and they offered me a nice discount to get the work completed. Thank you, guys! Monica Miranda

Mr. Zig was informative concerning fluids, filters, and how often one should come in to service there vehicle.

Great service. I was shown my oil filter was warn out and had not been replaced by my previous oil changes at the dealership. I've been going to this location with my previous owned vehicles and the service has always been positive.

This is the best Jiffy Lube in the Chicago area. They are efficient and quick . They aren’t pushy with trying to sell you other items. They show you what you may need but they don’t over do it .
