They informed you of what was needed on your car and did not push any extras.

10/10. Everyone was professional. Took no time at all. Manager walked me through the costs of everything and gave me extra discounts on top of my coupons. Called out a few things I also needed in addition to my oil change but was not pushy or trying to take advantage. Highly recommend this place!

This was an excellent experience. I’m not super comfortable with car issues and they walked me through everything very patiently and were very kind. Highly recommend.

Fast service!

This is top tier service, especially from JP who corrected my type pressure and had me in and out before I could have a seat in their air conditioned lounge. They also have a nice outdoor seating area near the river to relax outdoors. Snacks are available and restrooms are clean. Very polite and knowledgeable staff!

Very professional and helpful staff. Everyone at this JiffyLub location was very nice and took their time to make me feel like a valued customer. From the very start they went far beyond my expectations, that day was raining and they very graciously met me at my door with an umbrella. Ruben explained the type of service I was getting and was very attentive to my needs. The cashier Jari was very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store and will be taking my car in for my next service. Thank You for all you do and keep up the great work!

This is an extremely busy location. Thankfully everything was aligned and I was taken quickly. I had a couple of services - oil change and battery cleaning. The team was friendly and showed me a couple things to support their recommendations. Shout out to Anthony. Take care young man. Also the gentleman from Jamaica - you’ve always been great to work with.

Jonathan was great! He provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I even witnessed him handle a difficult customer, and he did so with patience, professionalism, and grace. This was my first time here, and thanks to such a positive experience, I would definitely come back!

Excellent service

First time at this location and give it 5 stars. Good explanations of services needed with no pressure to do it immediately. They even walked my wife and i out to the car and held umbrellas over our heads so we wouldn't get wet. This is my new oil change place!

The team here are awesome, patient, attentive. The two young black males (one with locs and the other one with a low haircut) they took care of me starting from intake, all the way to explaining my car issues and checking me out were very nice and their patience were top tier. THANK YOU!

I am beyond happy with the service I received today at store 2565! Ruben went above and beyond to answer any question or concern I had about my vehicle! The service was fast and efficient and most of all done the right way ! I was greeted with a smile and estimate on how much my oil change would be ! They checked my tires and all vital components and filled any vital fluid that was low ! The team worked together and efficiently and got my vehicle done in a timely manner ! THANK YOU

The day was hot and crowded with the holiday approaching, but staff were calm, cool and focused. They gave me a time estimate of no more than 30 minutes, so I went into the air-conditioned waiting area. The chairs are very comfy and the TV is not too loud. They changed the oil, added coolant to the radiator, checked the tire pressure, and replaced a drain plug and I was still out of there in 20 minutes - all for under $90. Great service from friendly professionals.

This was the easiest/quickest oil change I’ve ever had. Everyone was truly so helpful and kind. Was in and out what felt like less than 20 minutes.

I’ve been coming to the Jiffy Lube for the past 10 years. Staff is always very professional and efficient. I was able to get new windshield wipers, filters, new oil change, wheel rotations! Fast service! Highly recommend this location!

The team made me feel like I was in good hands. They explained the services I needed and even what I didn’t need. No upselling. Just forthright. And I was out of there in less w30 minutes! I highly recommend Jiffy Lube. I will be back.

These gentlemen were wonderful!!! Got right in, and helped. Unfortunately they told me my tire needed replaced. They didn't have the size I needed so they told me the best place to go. Which was awesome also! I live over 4 hours south of this Chicago location so I was at their mercy with my almost completely flat tire. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!!! Ty guys!
