Quick oil change with a helpful staff, they were very busy but everybody was working fast and communicating well.

I am beyond happy with the service I received today at store 2565! Ruben went above and beyond to answer any question or concern I had about my vehicle! The service was fast and efficient and most of all done the right way ! I was greeted with a smile and estimate on how much my oil change would be ! They checked my tires and all vital components and filled any vital fluid that was low ! The team worked together and efficiently and got my vehicle done in a timely manner ! THANK YOU

The day was hot and crowded with the holiday approaching, but staff were calm, cool and focused. They gave me a time estimate of no more than 30 minutes, so I went into the air-conditioned waiting area. The chairs are very comfy and the TV is not too loud. They changed the oil, added coolant to the radiator, checked the tire pressure, and replaced a drain plug and I was still out of there in 20 minutes - all for under $90. Great service from friendly professionals.

This was the easiest/quickest oil change I’ve ever had. Everyone was truly so helpful and kind. Was in and out what felt like less than 20 minutes.

I’ve been coming to the Jiffy Lube for the past 10 years. Staff is always very professional and efficient. I was able to get new windshield wipers, filters, new oil change, wheel rotations! Fast service! Highly recommend this location!

The team made me feel like I was in good hands. They explained the services I needed and even what I didn’t need. No upselling. Just forthright. And I was out of there in less w30 minutes! I highly recommend Jiffy Lube. I will be back.

These gentlemen were wonderful!!! Got right in, and helped. Unfortunately they told me my tire needed replaced. They didn't have the size I needed so they told me the best place to go. Which was awesome also! I live over 4 hours south of this Chicago location so I was at their mercy with my almost completely flat tire. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!!! Ty guys!

I love this Jiffy Lube. Everyone here is always so kind and they just want what is best for your car. It’s a breath of fresh air when good customer service is becoming a thing of the past. I literally don’t mind getting my oil changed at all because of how well I’m treated here.

It was my first time there and they were very professional and made me feel welcome. And they got my oil change done quickly and efficiently. I will be back.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube !.From the moment you arrive until you leave, you’re greeted with smile . The service was outstanding, and the entire staff is amazing and does extraordinary job. Even though I live far, it’s worth the drive because I trust them with my car. Highly recommend!

Fast service always

Easy in and out, chill staff, and lightning fast turn around time! This last trip I was so surprised when one of the employees just scraped off the wax numbers that were written on my my windshield from a recent tow. It's one thing you can't teach young people to be. You're either raised that way or not and that is being conscientious. Conscientious employees are worth their weight in gold and I rarely see them out in the wild. So kudos. Seems like you have a really good crew at this location.

Got me in and out in little time and did a great job

Went to get my windshield wipers replaced and it couldn’t have been a smoother experience! I always come here for my oil changes and all the men working here couldn’t be any more friendly and helpful!

I would like to thank Cesar and everyone who was working the night of 7/7/21. My car was overheating and I frantically pulled in their lot and Cesar came up to ask what was going on and when I told him what was happening he had me pull up inside and fixed my car!
