Service was quick and easy! They weren’t pushy when offering extra services and even offered and switched out a filter I’ve been procrastinating on. ?? very happy with the kind and fast service. They also were the only place open open outside my personal work hours. Thanks guys ??

I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive for my car. Jorge and the whole team always treat me with great care, honesty, and professionalism. Jorge is incredibly knowledgeable and always gives the best advice, making sure everything is done the right way. The atmosphere there is very friendly and welcoming, and you can truly feel that they care about their customers. They are loyal, trustworthy, and always go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would. Highly recommended! Thank you JORGE

The customer service was beyond top notch!!!!!! I’ve been a customer of Jiffy Lube for 8 yrs…I've always felt like a number in/out /next! Zulma was my mechanic today! She went OVER and beyond the call of duty to make sure all of my concerns were heard... Zulma didn’t treat me like another customer in line…Zulma treated me/all her customers like JIFFY LUBE FAMILY! This is the first and only Jiffy Lube location that cared about the car and the person behind the wheel!!! SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! i will be referring all my friends family and community to her location THANKS ZULMA AND HER AMAZING-STAFF ON DIVERSEY/HARLEM (Chgo,Il)

Such a great experience, I had a mishap and had windshield fluid put in my antifreeze reservoir ?? I spoke to Zulma and she took me in and flushed everything out and I got my oil changed as well!! Just the fact that this could happen on a Sunday afternoon was amazing...My friend forever!! Lol honestly I will come back for my regular oil change and say hi on Sundays!! Zulma and the staff were very welcoming . I will be back

I had a great experience with Zulma and Manuel at this location. They were both professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made the visit easy for me. I feel safe knowing they're the ones working on my car. I would definitely recommend this place to service your vehicle.

Fair price. Very good sevice shout out to omar and the beautiful lady with tattoos both very well knowledgeable about anythng automotive they both took cae of me and also the whole staff was very nice courteous to every customer. will be back for all my car maintenance etc... ??

I came in on a Saturday morning .. there was a line but the wait wasn’t long at all when I said they got me in & out & did the job wonderfully .. I mean that .. Love This place my uncle been going here for years & he put me on to this place .. GREAY JOB STAFF??

This is my second time back up here. They're are waaaaay better today than they were before 2015 when my mom used to go to them. Would recommend. They get the job done fast and are super friendly at this location. I've always went up there for one thing. They don't try to sell you on things (like what's wrong with your car type of deal) and I love it!
